Just got a turkey sandwich from there & im mad I didn't get 2 cuz it was absolutely delicious!! There was lots of turkey piled on there..like GOOD turkey too. For $5 I'll be back soon..probably tomorrow ?Thank yal!!

Great selection and customer service in an area where options are limited. This is the perfect date night spot in Independence, VA. They serve both savory and sweet options, with a menu that includes grilled sandwiches and ice creams. The last time I went, I created my own ice cream sundae, with butter pecan ice cream, pecans, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. All the ingredients were fresh and hit my quality standards. I've also tried their shaved ice before, and the servings were huge for affordable prices. When I'm feeling more ambitious, I might go with one of their Signature Ice Creams. The person in line before me got one and it was so beautifully done. The worker behind the counter was excited to explain what he had been working on new creations and how he was proud of what he had made. Overall, I'm very happy with this place. The prices are appropriate for the area and my experiences here have been great.

Easily my favorite place to eat or just enjoy ice cream in town. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about their products and customers alike. The only place I’ve been where my one complaint is they serve too much ice cream for the kids… The food is excellent and they are consistently making menu modifications, trying new things, and willing to listen to customer feedback on items. I love the addition of games and other family friendly type entertainment. If you’re just a tourist passing through town, you won’t feel like a stranger or be treated like an unwelcome outsider here. There’s no scary banjo music.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, a variety of games available.

Got 2 milkshakes that costs $18.00 which was pineapple, had absolutely no taste at all and service was very slow ....will not be back.
A fun little hole in the wall place with lots of flavors to choose from.

Just a really bad experience. I’ve been here before and I’m definitely surprised.My wife found a hair embedded at the bottom of her ice cream, and mine was freezer burnt tasting. Definitely stick with a popular flavor when you visit.It was a little pricy and half of our visit was spent waiting on the staff to finish talking to friends.I will definitely update the review if things improve next time.
