Fries were hot and fresh, burgers were not. Inside was very clean tho. 15 minute wait for a happy meal and double cheeseburger and fry. I assume we were just waiting on the fries. I guess bk doesn't heat burgers that aren't fresh, before serving them.

Drive thru cashier is not friendly. She messed up my order and didn't apologize or anything. I told my order several times at the speaker, and she still got it wrong. Terrible customer service. Didn't even want them to redo my order because they might put something in my sandwich.

I tried the impossible burger and I was truly blown away! This is such a great vegetarian option and this location had exceptional quality. All the condiments were so fresh (the lettuce crispy and tomatoes juicy!) and there was just the right amount of mayo. Absolutely loved my meal here! Thank you Burger King!!
Just as good as comparable places, which are overall not as good as they used to be.

This place is the worst! The orders are almost always wrong. Literally have to check everything before you pull off. When you order on the mobile app, the food gets cooked when you get to the window so you still have to wait. The point of doing a mobile order is to get your food quickly. Honestly this place is only in business because that's the only fast food place in keysville with a drive thru window! Close it down !

Stopped by on our way adventuring, and all I can say is the staff is phenomenal. We were helped up front by Kim aka Yoda, her hair is cute AF 😻. Also pretty sure it was the manager, but Brian (sorry if it was Bryan) talked with us and made the whole experience a really worthy stop. Food was great, and Kim even recommended some of the new whoppers which I did get one The fried pickle one was delicious 🤤. Anyways really great store, very clean, and efficient while being chill and laid back 10/10 will visit again!

I have been doing a job in Keysville and have been several times.. a black woman40-50 and a black man 40-50 are remarkable!, on the weekend, a younger white girl, and another 40?, are also great .. so nice to get friendly service

Sold me an overnight fish sandwich test like rubber , I asked for cheese , and they charged me for it. I never got it on that piece of robber.
