The food is awful. Every time I eat their burgers I get sick. Others have said the same thing. Honestly they need to be closed and put a diner with good cooks in it's place.

My family and I came into the restaurant about 10:45 on a Sunday morning while driving through the area. We had to wait a little while, but the food was all hot and fresh and tasted great! The restaurant was clean and person who took our order was quiet but nice.

Cheese fries and whopper fresh HOT and good Hey it's fast food and ONLY THING in Keysville.
Fries were hot and fresh, burgers were not. Inside was very clean tho. 15 minute wait for a happy meal and double cheeseburger and fry. I assume we were just waiting on the fries. I guess bk doesn't heat burgers that aren't fresh, before serving them.

Drive thru cashier is not friendly. She messed up my order and didn't apologize or anything. I told my order several times at the speaker, and she still got it wrong. Terrible customer service. Didn't even want them to redo my order because they might put something in my sandwich.
