I use to love this place! Placed a Togo order and got the shrimp basket with double coleslaw as my sides, usually they put the coleslaw in a container not just thrown into a box! Well got someone to pick up my order and the shrimp were soaked in the coleslaw juice! I have always ordered the shrimp basket and it always came in little cups with lids well not this time. I’m usually not the type to complain, but couldn’t even eat my shrimp because they were so soggy and gross. Called and told the lady on the phone and she went and asked I’m guessing the manager and I was told there was nothing they could do! Like whattt!!! $16.95 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat, just ridiculous. Guess they don’t care about customers opinions or even saying sorry that happened! Won’t be ordering or eating in anymore! Sad sad!! Another once upon a time good restaurant but now gone completely down hill. Worst experience ever!! Least the waitress are nice, but management not so much.

Rurben Turkey sandwich had thick pieces of turkey, bones in it and cabbage which was too large for coleslaw. Not good or safe to eat. Try another restaurant!

Can't beat the Cruise In for lunch. They need to hire help during lunch on a rainy day!!
The food is always great! Portions are more than enough. Majority of the staff are good. They did a remodel and I really miss the booths. I wish the hours were different. It would be nice if they were open more at night.

Ordered take out... horrible service and staff was very unfriendly and not professional at all. Food was not drained of grease, had to throw it away. They pick and choose what customers they are friendly to. Will never return.
