This place place does not miss!!! From the food to the customer service. The food is always fresh & on time. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive to your needs. EVERY time Ive dined in, a staff person (I dont know his name) ALWAYS comes out wanting to know how the service was & if the food was to my liking. This place beats any other local “mom & pop” place around our little small area…ANY DAY!!
Until today, I last visited here a few years ago & still the same….JUST FANTASTIC ALL AROUND!!

Went here for the first time tonight. Very disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. Ribs were not seasoned except for a little barbecue sauce on top. Hamburger overcooked and the sides were not good either. Way overpriced for what we received.

It use to be a good place but like with all good things they don't normally last, food has gotten bad had a bowl of chilli a few weeks back if that's what you call chilli few beans may of been a onion maybe and at best guess hot dog chilli meat.
If it wasn't for the fact I just wanted somewhere local that I use to go to when it was named many other establishments and to help support the Local waitresses that have worked there at those other named establishments or themselves were patrons of at onetime.
Tonight went in for something to eat placed my order had another waitresses come out and say I've seen you in before what's your name, me being my normal self. I don't know I forgot it when I came in the door ha ha. OK that's fine walks away, Manager Lamont comes out with attitude says if I can't give my name to a waitress when she ask for my name she doesn't have to serve me.
Now my waitress should know my name even though I'm not much on drinking at one time when my parents came there my waitress served them which is one of the main reasons they came in before they stopped coming period. The 2 best waitresses and most loyalist to the establishment is Sarah and Mary nothing against the rest but they know and have served most everyone around here and not to many would disagree.
To the Manger before giving me attitude for not wanting to give my name to a female waitress when most of them should recall it and you yourself fine sir.
Now I'm putting this here because I believe in accountability and if you think that is a proper way to address someone who helps support your establishment no matter how little or much it is. Then consider this when buisness goes else where for everyone else and not just one patron you failed to address properly then you'll know where at least 1 mistake was.
As for my bake potato tonight please get some actual bake potatoes my sour cream packet was longer then the potato itself and one more butter container more and both containers would of been the size of my potato.
I honestly thought the attitude you came out with Mr Lamont was because I told the waitress, to tell the cook next time put the potato on a smaller plate so it looks bigger. Like I said in the beginning use to be good now just Great Service, Decent Atmosphere, Manger I mean Co Owner so I was told tonight with attitude issues at times and food that matches all but what your paying for.
I can promise you this much I would never talk to one of my customers with such a tone like I have some kind of chip on my shoulder that says I can.

Becoming like where old friends meet to catch up on old times. No strangers, everyone are friends. The food, OMG, Chef BB, cooks his ribs just like we all do and they are "fall off the bone" rib, to die for! Go in for the first time as a stranger and leave with more friends and family than you can shake a stick at.

The catfish platter was excellent. Fried to perfection and great taste. Received two large pieces of along with fried okra, cole slaw and toast.
Parking: Ample parking right in front of the restaurant.
Amazing food and service! Friendly staff that were on top of anything we needed. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Husband had the Cowboy Chicken Sandwich that he couldn't fit in his mouth. Our friend had the Steak & Cheese Burger and I had the Pulled Pork BBQ...with some Fried Okra. Soooooo yum! There were some Wings and Cheesy Bacon Tots tossed in the mix too. We left no crumbs.
We couldn't hang around for karaoke, but we hear it's the place to be on Friday night!
