What in the world is this????? I’m scared to know how much I drank before I seen this. And I got a #8 double cheeseburger meal medium and the fry’s was missing? I think y'all need to step it up cause this isn’t the first time.
Came here and I think the manger was the one that chatted with us she was very sweet and seemed to love her job. They are also very clean from when we ate inside.

Whatever you do, do not ask them to write on a cake for you. They didn’t have it ready and then they did a rushed and horrible job. I’m going to have to try and scrape this away and do it myself. Hope it tastes better than the decorating looks. Thankfully it was a half price cake.
Other than that I’ve had positive experiences here. But apparently they are awful at cake decorating. Wish they would have just said they couldn’t do it.

Would have preferred to give 2.5 stars since only half my visits are ever successful. Was a good place when it opened but it has gone seriously down hill. I only get ice cream there as I prefer other places for food. They get my order wrong 50% of the time and the service sucks. I ordered a milkshake a couple weeks ago and when I got to the window he said it was gonna be more than I typically pay. I assumed prices went up. Checked my receipt and they charged for mix ins I didn't ask for which is why it was more expensive. I liked what they charged me for so I wasn't going to say anything. Then they tried giving me a milkshake with no mix ins. When I questioned it, they told me they can't put that type of mix in (Reese cups) in a milkshake (lies because I've gotten one before) so no it wasn't made with them. When I said something about being charged for it they wanted to argue and I told them I was holding the receipt that literally says they charged me. At which point they were well what do you want us to do? Give me the difference of my money back. Then that was an issue because there was no manager on site to approve the transaction in the computer. Finally got my money back and when I counted it, it wasn't even the right amount.
Tried going back today and they got my order wrong yet again, and gave my milkshake to me in a busted cup. Instead of pouring it in a new cup they just put my cup in a second cup and I thought they'd accidentally given me two. I took the extra one off because I thought it was an extra and couldn't figure out where the ice cream kept leaking out of until I finally saw the cracked cup. I'll definitely be sticking to my local ice cream spot now

Everybody in this establishment is lazy and wants to collect a check for not working. Make sure you check your order. When they fix it, check it again, it will still be wrong. I don't know if they can't count or just don't listen.

Super Clean, with very attentive and curtious staff. The soft serve dipped in chocolate is the ideal way to end a long day! Kilmarnock is fortunate to have such a clean & efficient D Q on it's main drag.
