I have only used the drive thru at this location. We've visited three times and each experience has been disappointing. For a purchase in November, they charged my credit card twice for the same purchase. I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statement. I called the franchise directly to try to resolve this matter, but no one ever answers the phone. I submitted a complaint online through the DQ website and am STILL awaiting a resolution. We were so excited...
