This review is specifically about the manager I spoke with today, June 10, at 6:45 AM. Her name was Carissa Smith and I called because my bagel sandwich was not as ordered and the bagel itself had been smashed flat like a pancake. When I told her about this and that it was missing breakfast sauce she told me the toaster smashes the bagels unapologetically. When I asked for her name, she told it to me and then hung up on me. This is not behavior that a manager should be displaying in front of their employees and to customers. I’m writing this review in hopes that the franchise owner will see it and address her behavior and the standard of the food you’re serving. If the toasters do not work, you should replace them and use the grill to toast the bagels in the meantime, not tell customers they should settle for a subpar product.
Edited to add that the quality is always excellent when Mo is working, thank goodness for her! 🙏

Hair in my McCrispy, all of the patties were overcooked, and the drinks were watered down, and the fries were cold and overcooked. The only reason it's getting a 2 star is because the nuggets were good.

Sometimes the service is oky and u got certain managers complain about be at work and that they want to leave and if you ask for hot food they get attuides and be talking all loud and thisis not the 1st time it has happen and i have came back to get a drink that wasnt right and was told to come the next day to get it fromthd manger that told me to come get it.

Good luck getting service without an attitude. Simple customizations also confuse them. Quality is awful, you get what you pay for, but even then it's overpriced. Incompetence is pretty common in this area so I'm not surprised the worst of the worst work here.
Was excellent when it was owned by the Hand family and there was actually care to the service.

When the fryer can't fill a fry right. They dont need to be there. For months now my frys have been either barely filt to the bottom of the U or below.
