This was my first time at this location and I did not have a good experience. In their defense, it's not just the McDonald's. The McDonald's, Taco Bell, and Wendy's in Kilmarnock are all bad. The food is bad and the service is bad. Not rude, just bad. Thank to them I'll be eating healthier by packing my own meals.

I dont typically eat MCDs but I stopped because I play monopoly and wanted some monopoly stickers but didnt receive any.I guess ill just get my monopoly feel on the monopoly GO game.I tried ordering on the app it didnt work (MCDs App isnt user friendly anyway- I have over 11 k points but it never allows you to utilize more then one reward) Then it doesnt allow you to scan your receipt to add the points for your order.

I got the egg and sausage McMuffin. The muffin was so dry, the edges were sharp and it cut my lip open. It took 20 minutes to stop bleeding.

This review is specifically about the manager I spoke with today, June 10, at 6:45 AM. Her name was Carissa Smith and I called because my bagel sandwich was not as ordered and the bagel itself had been smashed flat like a pancake. When I told her about this and that it was missing breakfast sauce she told me the toaster smashes the bagels unapologetically. When I asked for her name, she told it to me and then hung up on me. This is not behavior that a manager should be displaying in front of their employees and to customers. I’m writing this review in hopes that the franchise owner will see it and address her behavior and the standard of the food you’re serving. If the toasters do not work, you should replace them and use the grill to toast the bagels in the meantime, not tell customers they should settle for a subpar product.
Edited to add that the quality is always excellent when Mo is working, thank goodness for her! 🙏

Hair in my McCrispy, all of the patties were overcooked, and the drinks were watered down, and the fries were cold and overcooked. The only reason it's getting a 2 star is because the nuggets were good.
