Waited in drive thru for 20-30 minutes stuck between 2 cars. Why can’t they car at window move ahead if pizza not ready. Now mine is getting cold. Don’t seem to care and not efficient at all

Amazing service and the pizza were the best hand tossed pizza I've had from Pizza Hut. The workers here all vibe and you can feel it in the atmosphere. The server was so nice. Highly recommended!

Don't honor national deals and over price all their food, the twenty dollar box is 28 dollars here and the pizza is only getting worse, save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else

We were super excited to see a Pizza Hut since so many of closed where we are from. It looks excellent from outside.
Inside I've had some of the worst service I've ever been given there was a family in there fighting and slapping children. It was not an enjoyable experience for my daughter and myself.
The pan pizza has severely changed. The cross definitely is not his flavorful as 10+ years ago.

I hadn't had a pizza from pizza hut in the longest time but not complaining. I ordered a small personal pan with pepperoni jalapeño and pineapple and it was good.
I called in a order for a meat lovers med pan and I got a half cooked supreme pizza wings were amazing but pizza order wrong very disappointing

We ordered a pepperoni tavern pie tonight. First off, it was cold, dried out, and they threw a bunch of Italian spices all over the pizza. It looked like it had been left over and they just threw it in a box and gave it to us. The bonus was a big fat hair on one of the slices. We should’ve just brought it right back to the store, but it was dinner time. And it was bad. I hope corporate reads this because I’d love to get a comped pizza for the disgusting mess that I threw money away on.

Had a pizza today that was so overcooked the crust was completely inedible. It snapped like a cracker. You could not eat it or you would break a tooth. Woman who said she was a manager said she would comp the drinks since we were not sending it back and then refused to comp the $3.49 drink when we went to pay. Everything is sticky from the tables to the countertops. I don't know what has changed here But service now is terrible.
