So this isn’t the first time there has been a problem with app. They can’t honor the app prices and they never received my order. Sounds like a way to get more money out of people. Employee are just standing around and hanging out. And one lady admitted she was outside cleaning her car out and proceeded to bring everything inside to a booth. Being told it’s privately owned so calling the 1800 number does nothing. This place just scamming people left and right.

Staff need to get off their cell phones while at work. We were seated promptly and our drink order taken and delivered. Our pizza was ordered and delivered and then our waitress didn’t even look at our table again until she slapped the bill down. She was waiting only three tables but was checking her phone constantly. At no point did she ask if we needed anything so she could not have seen our empty glasses. A refill or partial refill would have been nice. We also had half of our pizza left and needed a carry out box. When asked she did provide this box but with a disgusted expression on her face - we were interrupting her phone interludes. Pizza was good. Service not so much.

They can be hit or miss. One time we go and excellent service and really good food. Go again and the employees care more about sitting in the booth on thier phone than waiting on customers. When we were there the other day, once they gave us our food, they never came back. No take out boxes, no drink refills. I had to go and ask for our check so we could leave. Just not good service.

This was a pleasant surprise. I felt like I was back in high school. Reasonable prices. The lady taking care of us was great. I highly recommend their buffet.
