It's better than most fast food places. If you don't like the sandwich it's your own fault! I will say some times you can get less than spectacular service and level of focus on the things that need to be right. Depends on the staff in the store more than anything else.

Only gave a 3 because of male worker, who apologized for very rude female work, who after running her mouth trying to be smart still forgot one of my subs. Once she was told that she forgot 1 she then told the male worker to fix it himself. She needs to be fired. Order 6 subs 51 buck and service was very bad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I did a curbside pickup as I have a sick baby. Waiting in the parking lot for over an hour. I ordered 5 subs and a kid sub meal with 2 bags of chips. My husbands sub was all smashed and it wasn’t even toasted like I asked. When I go in after a hour our subs were sitting in the bag they didn’t put my son’s juice box or his apple sauce in the bag like they did with everything else. The workers were rude and said there was a rush but when I arrived and was sitting in the parking lot they only had 1 customer. And no one else since then. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I will be driving to Gloucester next time I want subway.

This afternoon I placed an online order at the Kilmarnock store. The order was confirmed, charged on my CC and I was alerted when it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the shop a female employee said she didn’t have the order and when I showed her confirmation she was extremely rude and basically told me too bad, so sad! So now I have no lunch and I’m out exactly $23.92! Order #OE96O9OA-F8
Employee folded my foot long flatbread the wrong way so it was less than 8 inches and he only put 3 thin slices of ham. That new metal cover ensures that we can’t see if our sandwiches are made properly anymore. And they rang us up while adding the veggies so I didn’t see it then either. Waste of money.
