The lady working this morning was so rude. I went in to let her know that I had 2 payments come out of my account and both orders were voided. She freaked out cussing and acting so foolish that I felt bad for the older lady working as well as the customer that was in line.

One of the employees is always complaining out loud I. Front of the customers every time I come in here. They have great subs but it would make it more pleasant if they would wait until customers weren’t around

The two women complained LOUDLY about how miserable they were both feeling. No customer interaction at all. I got indigestion before I even ate. I almost walked out but didn't want to waste what had been done to my sandwich.
Won't go back I know that.

I had just got off the highway from driving from Florida to Virginia to visit my Momma who lives in Virginia and nothing was open so I could get a hot meal before going to sleep that night. Subway was open my sandwich was made with FRESH INGREDIENTS and wad DELICIOUS! I will be back again.

Visited on October 18th 2025. Ordered a footlongBMT on italian herbs and cheese bread. The sandwich tech was rude and obnoxious. He was fixing the sub putting the meat on the bread. He dropped a piece of ham on the counter and threw it on the sub. Once you drop the meat or whatever it may be on the counter it should be thrown in the trash. How nasty is that to put that on someone sub. I told him I didn't want it. He told me I was wasting ham. How rude to tell a paying customer. Then he proceeded to refix the sub. Took the bread out the oven and sit it right down on the counter on top of the screws. Walk out don't want him to fix me anything else. Young man you are obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WOULD BE NO SUBWAY. THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONE'S PAYING YOUR SALARY. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS. AND BE RESPECTFUL WHAT YOU SAY TO THE CUSTOMERS. YOU MAKING SUBWAY LOSE BUSINESS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SUBWAY BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE. WON'T BE COMING BACK.

Some Employees were/are extremely rude and seem mad that they have to do their jobs, often making rude remarks about customers and their choices in front of them. A few of the staff are nice but a few are extremely rude and almost make people not want to go back. Subway really needs to think about who they hire.

Spent $40 on four footlongs and got home ready to eat unwrapped my sub and was about to take a bite and a fly crawled out from the middle of my sub so the person whoever made myself had to know that that fly was in the sub because they closed it directly in the middle of the sub then immediately went back up to Subway with the sub with the Flies still in it and they refused to give me a refund or remake my food and everyone at that store including management is extremely rude if you hate being in Food Service don't work in food service.

Employees openly criticized guests and company as they loudly expressed their frustrations regarding online orders and feeling overwhelmed. They were rude to several guests as they inquired about their order. One of whom claimed to ve the manager. I will never step foot in this location again, and im sure the dozen or so guests around me feel the same!

The lady at the register was rude as hell. Here I am trying to be nice to pick up my Togo order. I see they're busy and according to the app they were and still are building my sub. So I was just kindly waiting. Going to say some smart ass shit while she is standing talking shit to 2 other employees. Im sure who one was the manager. I will not be going back to this location and now see why everyone complains about the staff. Mainly her.
