Some Employees were/are extremely rude and seem mad that they have to do their jobs, often making rude remarks about customers and their choices in front of them. A few of the staff are nice but a few are extremely rude and almost make people not want to go back. Subway really needs to think about who they hire.

Spent $40 on four footlongs and got home ready to eat unwrapped my sub and was about to take a bite and a fly crawled out from the middle of my sub so the person whoever made myself had to know that that fly was in the sub because they closed it directly in the middle of the sub then immediately went back up to Subway with the sub with the Flies still in it and they refused to give me a refund or remake my food and everyone at that store including management is extremely rude if you hate being in Food Service don't work in food service.

Went to get subs made and when i got done with one lady manager started making another order right when i was about to do another sub and the woman working the register and had an attitude and didnt attempt to upsell a drink or chips

Employees openly criticized guests and company as they loudly expressed their frustrations regarding online orders and feeling overwhelmed. They were rude to several guests as they inquired about their order. One of whom claimed to ve the manager. I will never step foot in this location again, and im sure the dozen or so guests around me feel the same!

The lady at the register was rude as hell. Here I am trying to be nice to pick up my Togo order. I see they're busy and according to the app they were and still are building my sub. So I was just kindly waiting. Going to say some smart ass shit while she is standing talking shit to 2 other employees. Im sure who one was the manager. I will not be going back to this location and now see why everyone complains about the staff. Mainly her.

It's better than most fast food places. If you don't like the sandwich it's your own fault! I will say some times you can get less than spectacular service and level of focus on the things that need to be right. Depends on the staff in the store more than anything else.
