Charlene is AMAZING. We were visiting from out of state and my husband had a simple request for his birthday cake: yellow cake, chocolate frosting. Well, Charlene made it magical, it was delicious! I have never had such a moist, rich cake. Everyone in the family agreed. We immediately wanted to try everything Charlene makes and my husband requested we get a pineapple upside down cake to take home with us!

I found Charlene on line when trying to find a bakery to get cupcakes for a family gathering to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. We are from out of state and were sort of flying blind. Charlene returned my calls promptly and we talked about what I wanted and what she could do. My son wanted lemon and vanilla, but I wanted some chocolate in the mix, too. We settled on 1 dozen lemon curd with butter cream frosting, 1 dozen vanilla with chocolate cream cheese frosting, and 1 dozen chocolate with regular cream cheese frosting. OMG every flavor was fabulous!!! The group favorite was the lemon (Charlene even put little beer steins decorations on them, which was perfect for a 25 year old young man. The chocolate cupcakes has little chocolate chips in them. The vanilla cupcakes were so great (not at all bland like so many vanilla cupcakes) and the chocolate frosting was like fudge !!!! YUMMMM!!
