This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the world. It’s a damn shame because every other one I’ve ever been to in my life has been amazing. Just can’t have nice things in the northern neck. I go back from time to time and ask for my burgers with no cheese but every fn time cheese. I don’t understand how you could be so fn worthless

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times! My saucy nuggets was all over the bag I was missing a 4 piece nugget. And my sandwich was missing a whole patty on it. And I find that crazy when we get charged for the patty and barely the ingredients!

The service was quite poor. I received the wrong drink and an entirely different sandwich from what I ordered. The app scanner was also down, so I couldn’t use the reward I had redeemed for the order. The woman at the window didn’t seem to care. It’s frustrating to spend almost $20 on fast food and to then have the service be as poor as it was. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s and I won’t be coming back to this location.

This has to be the worst Wendy's in existence. I've tried three times to dine in. The seating area is the loud, dirty, obnoxious employee lounge. Personal belongings (including the managers purse!!!) Everywhere.
No napkins. Three times in a row, NO NAPKINS.
unable to fill basic orders (baked potato, kids meal) multiple times.

This might make me stop using any Wendy's anywhere, because this level of brokenness is spreading.

Not talking about some Karen burger order. Plain baked potato and kids meal.... and napkins.
And a place to sit.

Not doable here.

Went in and there was no place to order, could see into the whole kitchen and it seems like the buisness was mainly directed at drive thru and online orders. When I finally got my order taken, they got it wrong and were upset about it. The dining room is giant, so should focus on in person customers more. Didn’t even have the option to tip and no receipt.

This Place was disgusting,Barely no tables,It smelt disgusting and also they have a plastic menu no screen and sticky everything.It was SOOO BAD WE LEFT… Have a great day eating here.

I have been to many Wendy’s. So I was pleasantly surprised they had a location here as we were coming home. But instead of pleasant we had a completely horrible experience. Order taker was rude and cut me off several times that’s it? We actually heard an employee in the background complain about us even ordering food. It was something like God why can’t they eat at home.
Food was cold, burgers dry. Drinks so full of ice they were empty before we left the parking lot. I am at a loss for words and it is sad to say, I no longer feel the same about Wendy’s if they allow people like this to work…

It has been a disappointment to say the least! Rude! They refused to take the cash money I was paying with saying it was fake. Guess none of them had ever seen an older $100 bill. Then I had to ask for the fries for the meals I ordered. And both drink were root beer (not what I othered) This is not the first time dealing with incompetence at this location.
