My mom had a bad experience here from an employee and manager. Employee was beyond rude huffing and puffing. Manager told my mom not to come back since her experience was bad. Let me say one thing if you don’t want to work don’t apply to a job that involves working for the public. If you hate your job that bad then quit. She will definitely not be back with y’all rude self. Worst restaurant in Kilmarnock.

Service is basically non existent in the sense that the employees lack enthusiasm. Floors aren’t kept clean - especially where the food is being prepared and served. This is a reflection of poor management skills.

Only one person in the store, lobby locked. A nice young lady with a pony tail gave me perfect customer service and hot food, I felt horrible I wasn't allowed to tip her. Give this woman a bonus! And please find more employees to help. Thank you 🙏

7-28-25 update droped by food was good raising the reviews to 4 star due to the food was good today workers where freindly but what ever thay cleaned the floor with made it super slick whatever the Case me and the kids made a fun time of it lol

Everything was great! The baked potato was fresh and the chili was delicious. It hit the spot on a rainy day. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and caring! It made our day!
