Everything was just okay. Food was hot but just okay. Onion rings were hot and crispy on outside, seemed undone on the inside. Temp was cold had to eat with coat and gat on. Been here before but this was a disappointment šŸ˜ž.

I came to put a review and I’m still at the window waiting for 2 burgers and large fries for 10 minutes, all the comments are one star for the last three months. I was gonna say it’s been three months of me looking at long lines. I don’t know what the cook is doing but I know 100% I could’ve been done

The Dalgren Burger King sucks now whoever the new owners are you need a whole new crew because your people do not have good customer service nor do they know how to cook or give good portions. I got a double whopper with cheese large does this look like a large fry does it even look like it’s full?
And then when I said something about it, I was told that they didn’t have that many fries and the fries that I got have been re-cooked so will not be going to the Burger King in Dalgren ever again absolutely disgusting

This burger king will not take a order at the register. Then once you use the kiosk you have to wait for a half hour to have cold food when you get it. Absolute the worst experience I've had at any location. And I'm a BK guy.

Public service announcement.. My opinion.. A big waste of time and money. Firstly, I waited at register to place my order when I was told to use the kiosk. The front registers were not being used. Finally submitted my order at 0954. I noticed 3 people standing around waiting for takeout. An employee noticed I had been waiting for awhile. It's about 1015 at this point. People were complaining about errors in their orders. Finally, I received my order at 1020. As I sat in my car, I decided to check my order, everything seemed ok. Hashbrowns were cold and stale. No syrup with the French toast sticks. The service here was great in the past. I guess under new management. Really needs improvement.

I ordered my daughter a kid's meal. When I looked in the bag I noticed they forgot the toy. When I went in to ask the employee for a toy for my daughter I was informed the kids meals do not come with toys. They are advertised that they come with them on the sign at this location. The receipt even says meal with toy. Im confused. I asked did they sell out or something? No they just don't come with meals. False advertising much? If it doesn't come with a toy.... remove that from your sign and maybe don't have it on a receipt. Just saying. Its silly.

I entered this store at about 8:30am on Aug 28 and there was a sign on the register to use the kiosk. I was the only customer in the store and a few drive-thru customers were present. After using the kiosk, I waited 3-4 minutes, watching the staff not gather my order or even acknowledge I was there. One staffer came out to the lobby and served himself at the soda machine and turned to return to the back without asking had I been help. I then asked him was someone going to get my order? He continued on to the back and then a female staffer started to assemble my order. When I was given my order, the staffer quickly turned away as I was asking ā€œdo you have ketchup?ā€. She said yes as she continued to walk away. 30 seconds to 1 minute later she returned to give me the ketchup from under the counter location where I was standing at the counter. She could have given me the ketchup before walking away. They were rude and very dismissive. They don’t realize, if customers stop coming, their job goes away! It was the most rude and toxic experience of any franchise I’ve ever been in. I will never return, even though that has been one of my favorite breakfast spots on my way out of town!!
