This was my first time going since it's on my way to work food was good customer service was great got the pull pork wish the sweet tea was a little sweeter but all and all will definitely go again

Brisket platter was amazing but it's more of a order and go but you can eat there. I will be back for more in the future.

At first I thought the portion was too small for the price but after I finished eating I was full. The taste really good too. I guess they know what they are doing.

I have seen plants grow faster then these employees. Wow 3 single orders in the kitchen and myself and another gentleman waiting to order. Stood there for 17 minutes waiting for the lazy lady doing nothing with the tattoo star by her eye to take our order, once she finally did they were out of stock of what I wanted so me and the gentleman behind me left. Owner definitely needs to do some summer cleaning of employees.

Kid-friendliness: When we go to Dickeys my son loves Michelle and adores Dylan. They are the sweetest mom and daughter team. The energy is upbeat around the 2 of them and they are always positive

Paid for extra toast, jalapeños, kickin’ comeback sauce (I was told they don’t have that but it’s for purchase on the online menu) and didn’t receive any of those extra items I paid for. I did not receive a refund and wasn’t even offered a refund for the sauces, just told to sign the receipt. Also requested pickles and onions and didn’t receive those either. Baked beans are also kinda hard? Placed a mobile order and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes to pick up. Food is great, service isn’t.

Front door was so dirty, I went in and told them, and left. Filthy dirty.
