Dickeys, you truly disappointed me. I ordered the meat platter. The ribs were good, but the quantity ? was really a disappointment. They no longer serve corn muffins. That was a big letdown. Yeah, not the Dickeys I would recommend. Prices are higher, you get less food.

Stopped in on an off day for their POS system, luckily had some cash and got the wings. Damn. Good call, love me a good wing. Lemon pepper was on point, and my friends got the #4 brisket sammies and were not disappointed either. Great staff, they welcomed us as soon as we walked in. If you like smoked meat and are close by, you definitely need to try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place. Been to other Dickey's in other states. This place was on a main road I was traveling thru. People were friendly and the food was just as great as the others. They have their own sauces that we love. I ordered 3 of the loaded baked potatos and the 2 meat dinner with double okra. Figured the dinner was good to pick at on the way home and the potatoes for dinner the next couple nights.. the potatoes have a smoke flavor, and the pulled pork on top makes it awesome. Love the brisket on top too but pork is my family favorite.

Consistently good food. We love the loaded baked potato, a lot of food for the price. We like it better than mission bbq. It’s more southern bbq.

Pulled pork sandwich was delicious and tender. The pork ribs were way over done.

I highly recommend no one going here anymore. To preface, I have always enjoyed dickey's since I first had it in MS. But this past time I have been turned off to this specific location. I went and got a #4 couple days ago. That is a brisket sandwich and a side of okra with a drink. That came to around 18 dollars when I signed the receipt, however, when I checked my bank account when it posted, they charged me $42.60....so while the sandwich was good and okra was burnt.....It was not worth this nor this is not what I paid. I'm not hurting for money so whoever did this you need it more than I but I will no longer provide this business with my support and recommend others do the same. Thank you but no thank you.

This is a review of the Catering service at the King George, VA location:Bottom line up front: Worst Catering experience ever. Not recommended under any circumstances -- you will be disappointed. You've been warned.Details: Decided to cater Christmas Eve 2023 dinner for the extended family instead of the traditional many-hour grind in the kitchen, and choose Dickey's due to convenient proximity and family preference for BBQ. I met with the store Catering expert in-person, reviewed the menu, and placed a $300+ order. Food was supposed to be picked-up pre-cooked, but cold (reheat for ~1 hour at home needed was what was explained at the time of order -- this was acceptable and factored into our dinner plan). However, at pickup, the store staff attempted to give me the order, minus 3 main entrees, and the Turkey was uncooked (3-5 hours needed to fully cook it at home). Further, the staff was disoriented, unsure what was supposed to be in my order (despite having the receipt available), and much discussion amongst themselves on what condition the food was 'supposed' to be in at pick-up (i.e. cooked vs. uncooked Turkey, for example). This is a painful review to author, as I do enjoy Dickey's BBQ, but clearly their head is not in the Catering Game. Business process help needed in this area, from a professional catering service.Needless to say, these circumstances wrecked our holiday dinner plan for Christmas Eve, and I won't be trusting Dickey's with my Holiday plans in the future.~Former Dickey's Fan
