I have ordered from here probably about 20 times now. Granted I have always picked it up so I can’t speak to the delivery. They have always gotten my order correct and are very friendly when I pick up. Keep in mind it’s Domino’s Pizza so it’s nothing mind blowing but it is consistent. You should know what you are getting, and they have never let me down.

I was hesitant after reading the negative reviews, but I was also hungry ?. My order arrived quickly, was delicious, and was accurate. My driver, Carah, was friendly and professional. I'm glad I ordered from this store, and I will absolutely order from here again!

Ordered 10 large pizzas for a soccer team and they had them done on time. Will definitely utilize them again in the future

I ordered a pizza with my points 09/21/2023 at 6:00pm. By 6:06 the app said Carlos began preparing my order. By 6:36pm Carlos is still preparing my order. I have called the store multiple times and no answer. There is no message on app or website as to what's going on. I never received my pizza and lost all my points.

The manager, Jonathan, is quite aggressive and rude when you call. The phone rang for such a long time before he finally answered. It's like he was blatantly waiting for me to hang up. One of the drivers goes out of his way to ignore instructions which led to my food being inedible. He left it at the door and deliberately failed to knock so my food sat at the door for so long ants took over it. Receiving a refund and telling me the manager will be trained on better customer service is simply not enough. There should be repercussions for both Jonathan and the driver. Nothing substantial is being done about this terrible management or service. We will never order from this Domino's again. See pics for pictures of ants around my food.
Terrible Customer service from the delivery driver and the manager Johnathan. Delivery instructions were not followed by the driver which made food not edible. A complaint was made to the manager over the phone. The first mistake the manager did not do was apologize. I own a business and the first thing you do is apologize even if you weren't wrong. The driver informed the manager they followed instructions but unfortunately they were not followed. We don't recommend Dominos in Dahlgren.
