Ask for a iced coffee with cream, sugar and mocha. The coffee had no sugar no mocha when I asked for him to add mocha he said it's in it. No it wasn't!! I'm tired of paying for something to have the person who is getting paid to do this job to be rude

I went to this Dunkin’ recently specifically for the Cookie Butter Cloud Latte and made sure to repeat my order several times at the speaker. When I got to the window, they handed me just the regular Cookie Butter Latte. I asked about the cold foam, and the man at the window told me it doesn’t come with it. I pulled it up on my phone to show that it does, and he said, “Oh, that’s for the Cloud Latte.” I told him that’s exactly what I ordered, but he said the other person didn’t ring it up that way.
I ended up having to pay an extra $1.31 for something I had already clearly ordered. Mistakes happen, but it was frustrating that I had to correct the staff and still pay extra for their error. A little more attention and better communication at the drive-thru would make a big difference.

This place sucks as of lately. I keep going back hoping for redemption. But more times than not, my coffee is made wrong. Its either too milky, too sweet, or just bitter.

Absolute terrible service over the last few months. Drinks missing Chia tea, espresso, coldfoam on top when it says it on the sticker. The floors inside are always dirty. The cashier's don't even talk to you when you come up to the window. The open the window and stare at you. New owners need to get this under control. It would be nice to have more options in the area for donuts and coffee so we didn't have to go here in a pinch.

No waffle cones at this location despite the wall sign. No BAskins &R on the phone only the pictures here. Hint hint See picture of the waffle cone for the amount of ice cream you get. No complaints at other B&R.

I’ve always been a Dunkin girl, every once in a while I’ll visit this one on my days off. Idk what has happened but the service has gotten worse. Every time I go my order is never correct. Whether it’s a basic latte with swirls or a cappuccino. Today I went because I wanted to try the Oreo cappuccino blast, I placed a mobile order only to be given a basic frozen cappuccino. If I pay extra for the specialty drinks why am I still getting handed a basic drink.

This place has really went downhill lately. This morning they didn't have any if the doughnuts were have been getting for years. Also I had to drive around to the window and turn my car off so I could hear the boy taking my order. He was basically whispering. I said what? Pardon I can't hear you?
This is for all people! When someone says what or huh or they just cant hear what your saying that means ----- SAY IT LOUDER! DO NOT REPEAT AT THE SAME LEVEL. IF I CANT HEAR YOU THE FIRST TIME IM NOT GOING TO HEAR THE SECOND TIME IF ITS AT THE SAME LEVEL!!!!!
