This place has gotten to be terrible. They have always been slow, but it's ridiculous now. They are slow and rude. I spent five minutes at the window waiting. My order was right there but the guy kept taking and making more orders for people behind me. When he finally pulled his head out and have me the food, it was cold from sitting on the counter all that time. No apology. Just toss the food and you are in your way.

This used to be our Sunday donut place. We've been going for years! After the new management has taken over, we will be going elsewhere. I tried to give them a chance multiple times, and each one was awful. The coffee is never made right and tastes like dirt water. Guess we need to find another donut place.

New management SUCKS! I will be taking my business elsewhere, new employees do not speak English and will try to argue with you about your order when they make a mistake. Then I had to basically argue with the manager to get a receipt showing my refund when they charged me for food I didn’t order. Extremely rude staff, extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time/money at this location.

Just had an awful experience here. Ordered a regular cookie butter cold brew. Was handed a holiday cookie latte with almond milk, all these extra syrups, something obviously NOT a cookie butter cold brew. When we politely tried to explain this wasn’t what we ordered he seriously just kept arguing with us that it was the right drink, even after we showed him the label and explained we didn’t get any of this. I’ve never had someone argue with me so much over something that is so obviously not correct. We won’t be back.

My wife ordered one drink- regular cookie butter cold brew with no modifiers or anything crazy, and got the incorrect drink after it taking quite some time. When we told him it wasn't the right drink, literally showed him the label that said it was a latte with almond milk and all these extras added to it and he seriously argued with us not once but TWICE when we tried to hand it back. We won't be back

New management has royally screwed up the KG store. Worst service. Popular donuts aren't available. And if you're going to have someone working the drive-thru, maybe have them be able to speak English clearly. I couldn't understand 1 one of the lady working the drive-thru. Had to go inside and they didn't even have half of the donut selection that previous managers kept stocked. Not going to waste my time going there anymore.

Stood at the register for over 10 minutes and no addressed me or asked what I needed. I then placed the order online, the other 2 customers left and I had to ask about my mobile order after the fact. Terrible customer service.

The new manager and staff are impatient, rude and has minimum comprehension of a simple given order.
Horrible, would give 0 stars if I could. Apparently fired the existing staff and replaced with helpless and unhelpful rude employees. We’ve had multiple terrible experiences. They Accepted our mobile order then couldn’t fulfill it but refused to refund our money…What a joke, better off going anywhere else.

Ordered a vanilla bean coolata, but they gave me milk and syrup in a cup with ice. They never blended it. So instead of a slushie like consistency, it was just cold, flavored milk.
Sat in drive through line for ten minutes while the guy took the trash out and the rest of the five employees played on their phone and stared at me while our food was ready.

Too many people working in the morning not doing anything. There were about 5 young people working and 3 not doing anything. I was the only person in the shop and they were completely unaware they had my order ready while they sat and talked and didn’t place it in the order pickup.
The food is inedible. I’m on my way to pick up something else for breakfast. Dunkin’ food often tastes like plastic and I’m guessing it’s from their dirty turbochef ovens they use - my last time ordering food from Dunkin’ ever. I was hopeful this location would be better but it must simply be a franchise issue.
