We were seated immediately, but then we waited 38 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When we said we hadn’t been helped yet, it became clear that none of the servers wanted to claim our table, and even the manager didn’t know who our server was.

Eventually, one of the servers took our order, and we got our beverages shortly after. We finally received most of our food 78 minutes after being seated (34 minutes after ordering), and only after two apologies and promises that it would be out “in just a few minutes.”

My wife got all of her food at once, but part of my order was taken by another table and had to be remade. Halfway through eating my eggs and bacon, the rest of my food showed up—lukewarm at best. It was especially disappointing since it was just biscuits and gravy—likely something prepackaged that only needed heating. The gravy had no meat and felt like it was barely distinguishable from plastic.

This visit was incredibly disappointing, especially since we’ve had good service here in the past. I don’t know what changed since our last visit, but at this point, I don’t think we’ll be back. Dining out is expensive, and when the service and food are this lackluster, it honestly feels like a waste. We’re better off saving our money and making something at home

Food was great. They always have the greatest pancakes no matter what location. The service was lacking. We were 2 of 6 people in the whole restaurant and 100% were ignored. Drinks when requested didn't come until food was already eaten. All the 4 waitresses were to busy on their phones to worry about the customers. Cudos to the cook. Food was on point. Tables were clean. Wait staff was a fail.

The food was good. Compared with other IHOP, it maintained the standard. It was pretty busy when we arrived. The host was welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long to get food.

Alright, I am going to be honest in saying that there is some problems with this place and it’s not associated with the aesthetic. My fiancé and I came here before going to Walmart, we waited for our food for a long time, no food was coming out of the kitchen to any table for at least 30 minutes. When it did come out, some things were a hit or miss but my fiancé and I noticed that the mashed potatoes were off in flavor; it tasted like the milk was very spoiled. Once bringing it up to the waitress, she told us the kitchen was complaining of a foul smell to the food and pretty much confirmed that the staff knew the milk was bad but we’re still serving it to customers. I was kinda astonished but I appreciated the fact at least she was honest. Neither him or I have been sick, but I am heavily pregnant and I just don’t think this was right. We brought it up thinking it was something that potentially went unnoticed by the kitchen and wanted to ensure it wasn’t served to any other customer. The waitress was very kind and gave us a discount off the meal - it really wasn’t her fault. The wait time and spoiled milk is definitely a kitchen issue that needs to be addressed, I wouldn’t recommend coming here just for the sake of consumer safety. Be safe.

Excellent service. All employees had Excellent attitudes and it was Mothers Day. Very first time eating at IHop. We want greeted when we came in and told goodbye as we left. Our waitress was very happy and attentive not to just us but as I watched her other tables and co-workers. Very positive attitudes in this restaurant. We will be back.

Ordered an omelet without green peppers, it said nothing about having onions on it. 1st time it came out, there was almost a cup of onions on it. 2nd time, it came out onions and green peppers, but no mushrooms. 3rd time, no onions but lots of green peppers.

I just finished my delicious breakfast. I had the steak omelette, pancakes and grits. The food was hot and very tasty. Carlotta was an excellent waitress. She was very efficient and had a continuous smile on her face. The entire dining experience was very pleasant and I will definitely be back ?.

So we were in town for the world cup. We came in about 930 on a Saturday night. There was one waitress and one about to leave. I've been a server for 20 years and I'm very disappointed in the way this establishment is managed.

The one server had 5 tables all 6 tops. Which is doable. A 9 top and 11 top walked in behind us. By then the poor girl just couldn't keep up and who blames her. Management did her dirty being by herself and 8 months pregnant. With an event of thousands just 20 mins away this woman had ZERO help. No runner, host, busser or manager in the building to help do anything.

We waited 30 mins to order and the food came out cold all because you're expecting one person to do 5 jobs.

I highly suggest management look at the events in and around town before only scheduling one person.

Stopped here after leaving the Dalgren navy base since it was right across the road. I was seated immediately by the hostess, but I was at my table for at least 20 minutes before I had to get up and find the hostess to ask if i had a waitress. I sat there and watched table after table get sat and served. The final straw was when my son started asking why everyone else was getting drinks and food and we didn't have anything after he saw the man directly behind me get service within minutes of being sat down. Not sure if the server I was supposed to have knew I was their table or if they did not care. No apology, really, or explanation as to why my table was missed. Paid full price and still tipped because the hostess served me. The GM gave my son a balloon which was nice but doesn't make up for the lack of service I received. Oh and I got my bill immediately after I finished eating at the same time as the table that was sat 20 mins after me. Kinda like they were rushing me out even though she said no rush.
