This was one of my family's better trips here. The food was really good. Staff was great.

UPDATE: We went back on 1/2/26 and although they were grossly understaffed (2 waitresses), service was still okay. One of the waitress (Phatema?- younger of the two- not our waitress) was super attentive even though she had customers of her own. That young lady needs recognition! There was a district manager there that could have done a lot more to assist the two waitresses who were drowning. I don’t want to reduce my stars but this visit I would fine 4 stars due to lack of preparedness on management’s part, for staffing. The food was excellent again!
Was cautiously optimistic for an after church lunch with family and we weren’t disappointed! Had a great young lady as a waitress and the food was really good. It did take a bit to come out but they were quite busy.

Stopped for lunch during a drive south for Christmas. The staff was very attentive and there was no wait for a table for three.
This is our typical meet point when we hand my mother-in-law off to other relatives who live in Maryland; we live in the Richmond area. Usually not busy with good food and service.

Went into IHop after the races for food. Walked in and was told to basically leave, go somewhere else. The grumpy old guy at the counter was rude.

In my opinion, if there’s not enough people to serve customers, then you should close the Business! 3 people is not Adequate! The young man that severed us was very polite. But we had a long day was very hungry and had to wait an hour and a half for our food. And for some reason our order didn’t get put into the system properly and people that came in after us were Serve before us. I don’t know if that was done on purpose or not! And the manager that night did not come up to us and apologize at all! I also should have been told that it might be a little long to get our food in the beginning so we can make a choice to stay or not! Came in about 6:15 pm and didn’t get our food until 745pm 😡😡😡
