UPDATE: We went back on 1/2/26 and although they were grossly understaffed (2 waitresses), service was still okay. One of the waitress (Phatema?- younger of the two- not our waitress) was super attentive even though she had customers of her own. That young lady needs recognition! There was a district manager there that could have done a lot more to assist the two waitresses who were drowning. I don’t want to reduce my stars but this visit I would fine 4 stars due to lack of...

I've never experienced service at this IHOP like this. Order was wrong, had to ask for Napkins no syrup at the table. Vibe was totally off, and not that many people were in the restaurant

Amber is an amazing waitress. She was friendly, polite, and patient. She did a great job of checking in on us and made my aunt, cousin, and I feel very relaxed at this establishment. She’s the best!
