Ordered 3 piece white meat , 3 piece tenders . $23. Got home with two thighs and a wing, 3 old inedible tenders, hard rolls, cold fries! Only thing that was good was the cole slaw. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time my food was terrible! I paid $23 for coleslaw and drinks basically and my wife had to eat bologna sandwiches! I usually check my food before I leave the store but they did good the last few times so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and it didn’t go well! The gentleman that rings me up was very polite though, but that’s not enough to keep my business. C’mon KFC, in this bad economy folks deserve better.

prices are more expensive than other local KFC's we were told that they are not corporate and that's why their prices are more expensive than what showed online. We ordered the 8 piece chicken meal for 32.78 and the chicken was absolutely horrible. We returned everything for a refund it was so bad. Customer service was okay but lacking. Except for the manager who I spoke to in returning the food he was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was absolutely less than pleasant because as you're going up to the window to order your food smelt like pure sewage.

They close the kitchen a full hour before the restaurant closes so....yeah. Customers can just move along I guess. This is the third time they've been "out of chicken" while still being open for nearly another hour because cleanup is for during store hours not after.

They are good servers, their food just sucks! On ANY given day, the food is not fresh, NEVER complete or some explanation of why they can’t fulfill your order. Unless you want some old food, just keep driving to the next location.

Went on a Saturday evening inside. There were approximately 15 customers eating inside. The time was 8:45pm. I ordered a 12 piece with 2 sides. I was told they only had 6 wings and 1 leg. I asked how long did it take to make more? I was told they Were Not cooking anymore!!!!! People were actually in line behind us! I thought the place closed at 11:00pm, and asked??? They were very rude and told us THEY WOULD NOT COOK ANYMORE!!!! I was shocked seeing all of the customers in the dining area and the people in line behind me, And yet they refused to take our order!!!! SHAME ON YOU KFC IN KING GEORGE, Va.

Worst run kfc ever. Familyeats2-3 times a week out i get off 6 and they never have what I ask for. I waited 40 minutes recentlty totatally out of chicken. When chicken came up still couldnt get a thigh. And forget trying to get a pot pie. Last night iaskedfor 2 potpies whic they said theyhad and chichickentenders.so i getup to the window and they actually and say my cards been denied. Lie. Number one i get notification on my phone if they deny a charge. No such notification. So at 7pm i had to go home and cook. Ive never had any of these problems in Fredericksburg. You need a new manager. You're losing money.

Went one hour before closing and there was no chicken and they justified it saying they were were going close in 1 hour. To me it doesn’t make sense. Understand the closing thing, however 1 hour is way ahead for not having chicken in a chicken based fast food.
