It was a to go order. We got a Big old tough piece of chicken that was completely burnt and it had old dark sauce all over it. One taste and it was awful.. he called right away, but they said they couldnāt credit our credit card and we have not had a chance to go back yet to get a refund.

The server and workers were very kind! Only reason for 1 star is it was my husbands birthday today, we were very excited to try this place out as heās a pizza connoisseur. Italian is my favorite type of food and I got the romas spaghetti, my husband got a medium pizza. The house salad was very crisp and good! However when we got the food, my husbands pizza had cheese that just slid right off and my spaghetti and meatballs looked veerrry old, I decided to give it a try anyways! I only had a few bites and I am home and am throwing up constantly. I tried to leave my food behind but our nice server brought it out to us, and we had to drive to the nearest garbage can to throw the pizza and the spaghetti away. Iām currently sick to my stomach and I knew I shouldnāt have continued to eat it but I really wanted to give it a chance.

Was there for lunch and drinks 04/03/25. The food cannot be understated. Highly recommend the baked spaghetti with shrimp, and the chicken schnitzel. I've been going to Roma's since I was stationed there in 2006, and finally got to bring my wife to see what it was all about. It's a Dahlgren landmark for a reason. If you're in the KG area, make the time to get a meal at Roma's.
I placed an order online and waited a while to get my food delivered. Imagine waiting forever only to get a call from the restaurant for them to tell me the driver has been waiting downstairs my building for 20 minutes, which I thought was weird because I definitely remember verifying my phone number with them when I placed the order. When I went downstairs to go collect my order the driver informed me he had been waiting and calling me for a while so I said Iām sorry but what number do you have for me. The number he showed me was nowhere near the number I gave the restaurant, even the area code was incorrect. Because I felt bad for the delivery driver I apologized to him. I then proceeded upstairs to finally go enjoy my food. I ordered their special for the day which was Pad Thai and an appetizer of calamari. To my surprise when I opened up the bag and started to eat, the noodles were hard as a rock and my calamari were also under cooked. The food also tasted horrible and nothing like Pad Thai. It was not an enjoyable meal at all to the point where I couldnāt even get pass four bites. I shouldāve known better than to order Thai food from a pizza place. I also had a friend of mine who had ordered a pizza from them as well and he claimed the pizza was horrible and all the cheese was falling off the pizza. As he said in his own words, āIt was the worst pizza I have ever had and I would never order from them again even if I was starvingā. To be honest I feel the same way after the disaster of a meal they just delivered to me. If I had the option to give 1/2 of a star, I would because thatās what this experience was like. The food quality definitely did not match the prices and the service was subpar.

No need to find another place to enjoy dinner. Lots of options for different tastes. So far I have enjoyed the prime rib, everything pizza and chicken snitzel. Looking forward to tomorrow's meal! Maybe a gyro???
