We bought 2 bags of coffee beans and 2 polar bear cake pops. We stood for 10+ minutes watching orders being taken, made, and delivered while waiting for these 2 cake pops. Finally a worker asked what we were waiting for and proceeded to reach right under the counter and hand us 2 cake pops. Is there a policy that kept the original cashier from doing that before taking 7 orders after us and helping out with the drive-thru? He surely saw us waiting there. I'm just left so confused and irritated after what was supposed to be a quick stop at Starbucks.

If I could have gave 0 starts I would have . Coffee was great customer service I’m very dissapointed , as a paying customer who came in and paid for coffees for the family , for a Starbucks employee to come up to me and say my kids need to keep their volume down because people are trying to relax , just found it rude and don’t find it to be family friendly after this , no longer will this Starbucks get my money

I had a terrible experience with Riley, he is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly should not be working in a customer service position. I will never being coming back here because of how I was treated. I will also be sharing my experience with the HR Department. Do better.
