I had a terrible experience with Riley, he is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly should not be working in a customer service position. I will never being coming back here because of how I was treated. I will also be sharing my experience with the HR Department. Do better.

I usually really like this location, I always get the same thing, iced matcha latte with either lavender or cherry cold foam, and up until the last two times I went there it was good, the past two times the matcha hasn’t been made right and I kept getting bitter matcha powder in my mouth and the drink just didn’t taste the same

My husband and I JUST left the drive through. I never go to Starbucks any more and wanted a nice treat, The people inside were so kind, the food is amazing, the drink is amazing and they wrote a sweet note on the side. Loved our first visit here!!!

Braleigh was my person that waited on me and she was flat out rude and disrespectful when I was picking up a door dash order. She beat around the bush that I was stealing coffee even when I had a door dash bag under my arm waiting for her to fish the order that was not ready when i got there. She was to busy talking with other store employees instead of focusing on getting the order out the door. This store is nothing but snobby and disrespectful. I will never personally spend a dime in this store.

This location never disappoints. My dink is always perfect and the food is always warm. The greet you as soon as you walk in the door and are always so friendly.
But what is up with the new tall cups?! They're horrible all for the company to save a few cents per drink by trying to have the tall and grande cups utilize the same size lid. I almost lost my $6 drink! Fix the cup, or spend the extra for tall cups to have their own lids again! This is crazy! Thankful for the wonderful associates there who helped me this morning, but corporate Starbucks- DO BETTER!

Very kind and considerate staff. When I ordered my coffee one member stopped me from taking it when he noticed the beans in the coffee maker were running low, and didn't want me drinking weak coffee, so made me a new one. Legit.
