They continuously screw orders up. Never put sauce in the bad, never put forks or anything else that's supposed to be in the bag in the bag. They hardly put meat on the tacos or other condiments that should be on the product. This place sucks.

This gets 1 star because my food was slopped together and so bad that the food was totally stuck to the wrapper. Had to use a fork to prevent a huge mess. Whoever made this does NOT take pride in themselves or their work 🤬😔

I always ask to have chicken substituted in my meals, and somehow 9/10 times it ends up being beef (that I'm allergic to) The chicken substitute I pay for and it's on the receipt, but whoever is making the food doesn't look at the orders close enough. My husband eats beef so it works out, but it would just be nice if the orders were reviewed more catefully as I really never get my order right and I love taco bell, so it's always disappointing not being able to eat what I buy. Make sure to check your orders before you leave the parking lot.
Dietary restrictions: They have options for protein changes, but they never really review the orders and I've always gotten beef. Make sure to check your orders.

Ordered a steak burrito combo and was given beef. The doritos locos taco was soggy and old, fell apart before I even put it in my mouth. Sour cream was warm and definitely not fresh. I also ordered a spicy potato taco. Dont ever order their potatoes. My taco wasnt edible and i damn near broke a tooth trying to eat the old, crunchy, bricks that they call potatoes. Customer service was terrible as well. The girl forgot both drinks and I had to wait at the window for both of them because my food was just shoved into my hands. Never coming to this taco bell ever again. This location is consistently gross, has terrible service, missing items, and much more.
