Order Taco Bell after a long time and they made the food how it should be made. It was tasty and presentable and they got my own right That's all I can ask for!

To the staff working Taco Bell tonight (9/8/2025, 6:40pm), Thank You! I get take out from this Taco Bell about once every two weeks, ordering through the app and picking up in store. I haven't had anything out of the expected in several years (maybe an undersized portion of beef on nachos or a taco once in a while). My order is always accurate and usually the typical Taco Bell portions, which never come close to matching the pictures. I'm not sure what changed, but tonight I was shocked when I opened my taco. It was loaded up! My food looked just like the pictures!! Maybe it's been some of the recent complaints from others but my food was tasty (though it always is), portions larger than normal (Management, please don't tell the employees to change anything), place was clean, everyone seemed to have a positive attitude. Crushed it tonight! I wish I had taken pictures of my food before I devoured my meal.

I ordered TWO taco party packs. Each is supposed to come with 12 tacos IN EACH BOX. One box had 9 in it and the other had 11. If your employees can’t do simple math or are that lazy…there’s an issue. I just recommend checking your food before leaving. I did however call and speak to the manager on duty at the time, after I got home and she was very nice and told me she would rectify the issue. I’ve worked in fast food service for years myself and understand the struggle. Just be cautious, however Jasmine was very sweet on the phone.

The frizzy haired girl with glasses working the drive through was absolutely disgusting with her attitude. You could hear the attitude through the speaker when taking our order. When getting to the window, she snatched our card, roughly handed our drink, then rudely asked us to pull around. Okay, no big deal. Brought out our food to us, flung our bag of food to us. I opened my chicken quesadilla and would you look at that, part of it has NOTHING in it. We spent $35 here and I'm disgusted on the service that was provided. The fact that I came to the reviews and have seen that this has happened NUMEROUS times and nothing has changed is ABSOLUTELY absurd. Do better and learn some manners.

First and foremost, the lady running drive through had an absolute terrible attitude. She was snappy while taking the order, didn’t listen and when we got to the window she was snatched my card and almost threw the food at us. Then the food, the chicken we got almost fell apart and was damp and just not good, biscuit was stale and the fries were over cooked and dried up. I’m surprised that with all the negative reviews nothing is done.

The past 4-5 times my husband and I have come through this Taco Bell we have gotten our orders wrong and I’ve had to have him park every time we come out of the drive through and low and behold the order is wrong so I have to go in and get the right food which they are very nice and happily make for us. I used to work for Taco Bell for years in high school if I could go in and get behind the counter and make our stuff I would because it’s ridiculous 4-5 times straight we’ve gone there and gotten the wrong stuff I’ve never heard of a store getting so much wrong so frequently! The people in there are so nice though.

They often times are out of many products.
They don't use the app for KFC, only Taco Bell. Phone orders only for pickup of larger orders.
Items ordered were very sloppy. In other words, not proportioned right and just thrown into a shell. Quality was poor.
