Went here recently for a business meeting. Had some drinks with colleagues and some appetizers. The restaurant is in a great location, right off the beach. It's really an adorable place with indoor and outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking and it is handicapped accessible. The staff were so great! We had the best service ever. I would absolutely recommend for a visit!

This is without a doubt one of the warmest place around. Tim and his staff would genuinely make you feel right at home. I would drive hours just to visit one of his restaurants for that southern hospitality experience!

Great in the summer, outside bar on the dock, bands on weekends, boat docks on the Potomac River. Last but not least AWESOME SUNSETS!! Our Rver

First time at Tim's II, and I will definitely return. Amy was the waitress, and she did an outstanding job. The only reason I gave the food a 4 was because the fish platter that came from the kitchen had a terrible odor to it, Amy agreed, and she sent it back immediately and had the kitchen plate a new order of snake fish which was delicious. They are so accommodating there! Everything else was great... good crab soup, hushpuppies, cole slaw, and even the iced tea was some of the best I've had in the area. Found a new favorite, and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Pretty good place, a bit slow for service as the bar outside had one newbie being trained. Otherwise, food was cooked perfect! Very clean bathroom for the gals and was a beautiful day for some fried pickles?and being outside

The food is phenomenal, I had a seafood platter, and it was amazing ,so tasty. Also, their clam chowder is the best.

I really enjoyed eating here. The food was very good, and the service from the waitresses was wonderful. They have some great girls working for them. I brought my toddler and he loved it too. We sat outside and the waitress brought us some hush puppies to feed the catfish from the dock. It was so fun for us. I'll definitely be back!

We ordered some food from here the other night. My husband ordered the steaming tray, and it was well worth the $80! I ordered the prime rib, and it was super tasty as well. I felt very welcomed when we walked in. They were very nice! We don't live in the area but will definitely visit again, and we will make sure to go to Tim's 2 again!
Potato salad was great. Parking lot not conducive to motorcycles due to gravel. Awesome views and the owner is fabulous!

That food was kind of disappointing, the broiled platter had way too much lemon salt seasoning, the all u can eat crabs were smalls and took a lot of work to get any decent meat from, but the grilled cheese was fine. The drinks were good and of course the atmosphere on the water is unmatched. Had a band that was also top notched. Our server was busy, but kept up with our table fantastically.

Our initial waitress had a poor attitude, was not kind, and she was not accommodating to our party of 12. After we were assigned a different waitress, all went very well.Food was decent. Crabs were pretty full and very tasty. Drinks were of good value for the price. The atmosphere was PERFECT with 60+ boats in the water, friends, family, and tons of laughter! We didn't get to hear the band on this visit, but....they're usually pretty good.

We used to live in Potomac Landing, just downriver and visited often. We were just in the area visiting friends and decided to eat here on Labor day weekend. I think I like it even more after seeing all the boats pulled up to the adjacent beach and the partying. It was something. Service was pretty good. We like the food, although we weren't in the mood for a "dinner meal". We all got sandwiches and were pleased. The beer is really cold!

We went to the original Tim's River shore many times. When we recently moved to Fredericksburg, Tim's II is now 25 mi uses away. My wife always gets crab legs. The Broiled scallops are among the best I've ever had. And if you can be there at Sunset on a clear day, it's spectacular. We will be regular visitors.
