A nice girl named.. Rosa I think, made the Ohana smoothie to perfection. Very friendly staff they try hard it seems. Would come back again if I’m ever in the area

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and my order came out quickly. The smoothies are always fresh and packed with flavor — I tried the Bahama Mama and it was amazing! I also appreciate the healthy food options on the menu, like the wraps and bowls. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The place was clean, bright, and had a really relaxing vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a refreshing drink and a quick bite. Highly recommend!

Typically I come in and get Wonderfull service. Today 3/13. Not so much. I stood at the order register for about 5 min without even being anowledged. I'll try another day to hopefully improve my rating.

Their Acai Bowl is prepared to perfection. At least by the swing shifters when I went.

Stopped by for lunch to go, cheerful employees and one of the cleanest I’ve been in, food was really good.

At the halfway point on our way to Richmond, we make a habit of stopping at this shopping area. Use the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app to order and pay ahead; come inside when you get there and tell them your name. They have mobile orders stacked behind the counter (THANK YOU! Theft prevention and more hygienic!)--- we have never had to wait. Very clean bathrooms, as well. You CAN travel for hours and still have your favorite smoothie without waiting a long time. Check them out! Love the Green Avocolada (I always add chia seeds & banana.)

Parking: Plenty of parking in front and on other side of roadway that wraps around the stores. Location: in a large shopping area with two access points via a light from 301 and also a right-turn (no light) if you are heading south.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing to fear here - appropriate posters/pictures, healthy food posters - just a clean and healthy atmosphere.

Usually don’t come here, but was craving a smoothie. Asked a worker for suggestions and he broke down the menu for me very well. Not sure of his name, lightskin young man with dreads. He was very friendly and patient. While waiting, the other two females coworkers were very unprofessional and using vulgar language during convo. Overall was very satisfied with my order minus the atmosphere.

Extremely unprofessional workers, cussing and pretty much yelling at one another. Customers trying eat or enjoy food should not have to listen to your workers talk about their sex lives or relationship issues, we definitely don’t need to hear constant cussing and down right disgusting conversations. Your employees really need new training and to be taught how to work a public service job. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

They are bad with communication. Also don’t care if you have family emergency. Also do everything through text and email. If you are black they make you feel out of place because it’s mainly full of white people. Also don’t train you also never gave handbook with guide lines . The worst place I ever been in or worked at . God bless them but I see why they have nobody and ppl are leaving . Worst thing I every seen .

I usually enjoy coming, this time the service was awful. The whole time I’m trying to check out one girl is one her phone. The whole time me and a few other customers are in there they yelling about how they don’t want to be there, “let’s put a sign on the door that we’re closed” they were then expressing how mad they were that people were coming in “y’all don’t want to come in here when Starbucks isn’t closed. It honestly was a very hostile environment. I also thought usually the workers washed their hands or put on gloves but that was not the case this time. 07/31/23 1:20pm
