My coworkers and I stopped by here for lunch today and I just would like to say the new management and new employees did an amazing job. Great customer service and the food/smoothie quality was immaculate. I ordered the peanut butter cup and chipotle chicken & it tasted amazing. I would highly recommend 👌

This is my first time visiting this location today on August 23, 2025 in the afternoon. I live in MD but went over the King George to shop. I ordered a Avocolada and three cheese chicken and my son ordered the baja chicken wrap with no cheese and an acai berry boost smoothie with chia seeds and ginger. I wasn't paying attention while we were waiting for our food. When I got home my smoothie had a big piece of avocado skin in it! Then my son told me that he saw the guy fixing my smoothie put a whole half of an avocado with peel and in it! They are only supposed to use the inside of the avocado. I asked him why didn't he tell me and he said he was sorry. My son's wrap had cheese and he is lactose intolerant. I didn't want to eat his food, so he had to throw it away. I poured my smoothie down the drain. We lived too far to go back so I just have to take the loss. I'm so mad!!!! Food is too expensive to have to waste it. I will never visit this store again. Watch them fix your food! Incompetent is not the word!

This place is super clean there is a guy with dreads who works making the orders and anytime me or anyone and my family see him workiing we know whatever we ordered would be amazing my family was able to sit and enjoy our drinks,bowls and food without my family memebers ocd kicking in because the floor is dirty or trash still being on the table’s and they feel the need to leave or clean (talking about my family memeber) lol but thats definitely no worries here we definitely love /prefer this location

About a week ago I came in during the afternoon on 7/8/25. It was fan fest and there was ONLY two employees working. They were obviously struggling and on top of that it was 90° in there. Both employees looked like they were about to pass out!! The girl working told me their boss was supposed to come help, but never showed up. They seemed very stressed and hot but still did their best, and did amazing. I hope these two employees got the applause they deserved and I PRAY that they’re able to get a new boss who cares about the wellbeing of his YOUNG employees. I do not think I will be returning, there is nothing worse than supporting a place that watches their employees suffer with ZERO help.

Always a pleasure stopping in. If you’re like me and really care about cleanliness, this place is incredibly clean and well-kept, which makes the whole experience even better. I love it and highly recommend it. The staff is genuinely friendly, always welcoming you with a smile and making sure your order is just right every time. You can tell they pay attention to the details, from the spotless counters to how quickly and efficiently they work. I have been stopping by this location on my commute from La Plata to Fredricksburg and I can say that there has been a drastic change that prompted me to write a review. The new staff is very well trained, nice and respectful.
