We have rediscovered Wendy's! I love their fresh Cobb salad, hubby thinks their burgers are way better than the competition's, and their spicy chicken sandwich is spicy because of the breading, not because of a sloppy hot sauce like other chicken places make.

Food was great. Haven't had Wendy's breakfast before. Got a sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. Everything was fresh and hot, not like it had been sitting out awhile. Service was good but had to wait for sandwiches, about 10 minutes...we had drive thru and someone had to bring out the sandwiches.
Stopped here for breakfast and ate inside. We picked two sausage and egg combo numbers off the electronic menu. The female cashier said it would be over $22 which I thought was a little much for breakfast but I paid.When I went to pick up the order it was two lunch sandwiches with fries. I told them it wasn't our order. The cashier realized she had written up a lunch order instead of breakfast. It was changed correctly but no offer of adjusting the $ amount was made. I looked at the electronic menu board but it no longer displayed breakfast but was now showing the lunch menu. I felt like I had been ripped off.After you figure it out, the soda machine is a germ spreading touch screen type. You may want hand wipes.

My husband went to Wendys tonight for dinner. The order was one ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and one spicy chicken sandwich no mayo with Asiago cheese. What we were two plain chicken breast sandwiches where one had bacon on it (we don't eat pork) and the other had mayonnaise on it. Nothing like we ordered. I am highly disappointed.

We went to the Drive thru on 11/21 pulled up to the drive thru and the person was so so so rude, his name was Derrick, i ordered my food, he rushed me, and then when my husband went to order he said what?? Rushing and rude, when we got around to the window, he opened the window we told him we didn't want the food because he was so rude, he ask so y'all don't want the food, and slammed the window shut!! I have never seen somebody so rude!! I will never eat there again!! This is how you run your business with workers like that!!

Staff was not good, placed an order n the lady seemed annoyed after waiting about 5 minutes for food when we checked the food we were missing food went back around to tell them and after being asked what we needed twice we were still missing food after getting it. We decided to just leave.
