GROSS! Gnats everywhere! When getting ice and a drink I was worried a gnat would get taken out by the fountain into my drink. There were too many to count.

Went in this evening & it was about 20 of us in line (after game day rush) but the 2 gentleman working were organized and got everyone taken care of in a timely matter! Will definitely be returning 😌

This place could be so convenient for my work lunch- but every time I go in there is one small thing that grosses me out. The employees aren’t very good about their gloves and washing hands, sneezing etc, and they always put way too much mayo.

Let me start off by saying this is not the same subway it used to be. Management sucks. Just don't bother. Go to another subway. If u do curb side they won't bring it to u. Pure lazy. Order was wrong. When confronted they put all the blame on us, it was our fault that our curb side didn't come outside. It was out fault they forgot drinks and chips! It was our fault the wrap was no longer available and they used flatbread instead without contacting to inform this. It was our fault they apparently don't sell wraps anymore. And we actually spoke to a "manager" during all this no refund no I'm so sorry about this we can remake it. Or nothing. No accountability at all. All we got was our missing items hours later. When u call. No answer. No matter the time of day. Oh did I mention I spent 70.00 DOLLARS. No Napkins or utensils for the salad.
Hopefully new managers come in and fix it pr I won't go back.

My last subs I ordered were made wrong and ruined the taste of the subs. Employees are great but a mistake was made and I wasted my money as the owner offered zero to make up for my loss.

This location is filthy. We frequent this place and will be going to a different one. This place was just remodeled not that long ago. The walls, floors, windows are disgusting. Flies are everywhere.
Employees were great, working hard and efficiently. SYSTEM is the problem. I ordered via the app and paid ahead of time. BUT when you arrive, the rack that is supposed to have completed orders is empty. They are kept behind the counter. No problem if someone would acknowledge your existence and just hand you your subs. Mine were ready and just sitting there while people who came in after me, stood in line, ordered, had sub made and paid while I and 2 other people whose subs were ready stood there dumbfounded. WHY TAKE ORDERS OVER THE APP IF YIUR SYSTEM IS SO BAD!!! We each had to be rude and "cut" in to be acknowledged and get our food. Go to Jersey Mike's, OBSERVE. See what good service is and what superior subs are like.

3 teenagers who spent the entire time I was there bickering about the fact that none of them wanted to work and arguing over who should do what.. they didn't have half of what was on the menu.. and they were making inappropriate jokes about customers as the left..
It's Subway, we know what to expect by now. But when the staff is too busy goofing off directly in front of customers in line to assist them, we got a problem.

Was in there a aylett store today around 1 PM. The lady that was in there although she knew her job well had no personality at all almost rude. Today is St. Patrick’s Day March 17, 2023.
There is one young lady in this establishment that rocks out subs! Her other two counter parts must be new, because when they are busy, she is on the ball and she knows what she's doing! Way to go! Subway, you guys need to give her a raise or you are going to lose this young lady.
