This location is filthy. We frequent this place and will be going to a different one. This place was just remodeled not that long ago. The walls, floors, windows are disgusting. Flies are everywhere.

Employees were great, working hard and efficiently. SYSTEM is the problem. I ordered via the app and paid ahead of time. BUT when you arrive, the rack that is supposed to have completed orders is empty. They are kept behind the counter. No problem if someone would acknowledge your existence and just hand you your subs. Mine were ready and just sitting there while people who came in after me, stood in line, ordered, had sub made and paid while I and 2 other people whose subs were ready stood there dumbfounded. WHY TAKE ORDERS OVER THE APP IF YIUR SYSTEM IS SO BAD!!! We each had to be rude and "cut" in to be acknowledged and get our food. Go to Jersey Mike's, OBSERVE. See what good service is and what superior subs are like.

3 teenagers who spent the entire time I was there bickering about the fact that none of them wanted to work and arguing over who should do what.. they didn't have half of what was on the menu.. and they were making inappropriate jokes about customers as the left..

There is one young lady in this establishment that rocks out subs! Her other two counter parts must be new, because when they are busy, she is on the ball and she knows what she's doing! Way to go! Subway, you guys need to give her a raise or you are going to lose this young lady.

I went there tonight 9.16.22 walked in no one greeted me. Two there was a young man standing by the register picking his nose. One girl making sandwiches and she didn’t bother to say a word. Finally another young lady walks over to take my order. She asked me what I want and I told her two Italian BMTS one footling one six inch. I told her the foot long would be customized and the six inch would be the way it comes. She literally told me you choose what you want. No every sub here has a specific way it’s made. So I went on the website and told her what comes on it. She was absolutely rude had absolutely no knowledge about the history of subs. I worked with subway for years. I am beyond disappointed. Not to mention she put an entire bottle of Mayo on my sandwich.

Rude.... is an understatement ? the young lady that took my order never really looked up...no smile just made me feel I was interrupting her day....Thank God for the cashier ...she at least smiled and said thank you...I just moved here to King William and both times I've been there very poor service ? and I generally go to Subway on Thursdays cause I love the Italian BMT!
