Those little kids need to learn how to greet customers and say welcome when a customer say thank you. By just taking people's order and give it to them without saying a word is just not professional.
Used to be the go to place but every time we've gotten coffee here for the past weak it has tasted gross. Please do more training.
Edit: remaking often does not help as it will be made wrong, and customer service portal provided also refused a refund or fix.

New location in Kingstowne next to Burger King. Great space and people. Definitely what Kingstowne needed. They also have Reserve roasted beans.

They never get my order right. I work a few doors down, so it's convenient. But when I have to wait longer for someone to make remake my order, it defeats the purpose. Why should I be late for work to wait for them to remake it? I'll just go to the one in giant someone told me they do better.

So I don't know what the deal is, but the last three times I've been in, I've just tried to order a drink for my daughter, and each time they've screwed up the order, almost comically. Tonight there was an Asian guy working and he was 100% awesome, on top of it. It got a little busy and he called to the back for his female coworker to come help make drinks. She didn't respond like four times; it was very awkward. This poor dude had to ask several times for this lazy coworker of his to come out and actually do her job, and when she did, she moved slowly and then, lo and behold, screwed up my drink. Good grief. If I could leave just a review for him, it would be five stars. But unfortunately because of how absolutely awful she was as an employee, failing to perform her job on multiple accounts, and how the last two times, different staff also screwed up a single drink order, uh, well, here's your one star and I won't be coming back ._.

They don't fill all of their drinks, I have walked out numerous times with drinks just over half full... I asked one time and they said "that drink doesn't get filled all the way, its a cappuccino" yet they continued to allow me to pay for a venti!! I have also spoke to other people with the same experience for this location. Very disappointing considering how convenient it is.

I don't understand what part of 'extra creamer' is so confusing to employees in this location. i mean, I've given them so many chances and i still get a dark coffee with a tiny splash of milk. im paying for extra creamer would be nice to actually put that in my coffe?
I ordered the wrong drink on accident and the barista (Taly) was able to help me get the drink I was wanting. I will be back, and with the correct order next time!
