This Subway (and the convenience store in which it is located) is so consistent. They are always clean, fast, friendly, and helpful. I’ve never been a big fan of Subway until I moved to Kinsale and started ordering here. They are just so consistent in their service and atmosphere, I always know exactly what to expect!

The manager Kimberly (Mod) is very rude and can’t take accountability! I placed my Subway order through the app while standing in the store for the buy 1 footlong, get 1 for $1. The app kept reverting back to the original price. Then finally it stayed at the discounted price. I processed my order in front of her and looked at my order number and account. It ended up taking $13 more from my account. She says I can’t help you, you need to go through the app. Then today I tell her I can’t get anybody, or answers; I asked her for corporate or her boss. She tried to tell me to call the number on the front of the door that goes straight to voicemail. She said she talked to her boss. I said can I give you my number to give your boss… sis then asked me to leave HER store! Calls the cops (allegedly) on little ol’ me that was so calm and not even disruptive. Just for asking for the number and wanting to know why she didn’t void out my transaction to help me. 💁🏽♀️ I’m good on them. I will drive to a further location for subway if I really want it! Customer service is everything. Especially when your giving calm energy and your giving rude energy smh

Ordered online. No bread and no tomatoes, along with lack of communication to inform us of the changes to our order. The just put it on the pick up rack. They made it how they wanted too(Flatbread, no tomatoes, and what appears to be undercooked steak meat). This has been happening to me to often lately and it is unacceptable.
