We ate at your restaurant Friday night. You have a terrific waitress named Tahiam.shes the best waitress we've ever had at your restaurant. Friendly always checking on us to see how we're doing. I usually give one of your waitresses a 10 dollar tip. I gave her 20 dollars. A 10 dollar bill and put 10 dollars on my card. Now everytime we come to your restaurant, we'll ask for her. Thanks.

I travel a lot and love Applebee's. I do not even go to the one near my house in Georgia because it is bad. I have ate here that last 2 nights and switch between the bourbon street chicken and the bourbon street steak. These are my favorite meals, since forever Everytime it has been cooked to perfection. Thank you and I will be back again tomorrow for my last night here. Give the cooks some props so they continue in this small town.

We dine here frequently. However, the food is almost inedible at this point. I placed a to go order today and everything was greasy and dirty. They obviously need to clean their grill as there was burnt old food remnant from the grill all over my food.

We just left from this location. Once we were seated we waited over 15 minutes. No one ever came to take a drink order or check on us. We left. The hostess that sat us and walked by our tables and saw we hadn’t been waited on, simply said, have. Good night, won’t be stopping here again.

I went 8/15/2025. The food was delicious, but it took a long time to come. My husband and I had to be fanning off flies. We had to cover our appetizer plate to prevent the flies from pitching on the food. My husband killed a few flies with his hand. I told the waitress about the flies and she said that she knows. I spoke to the manager the next day and she said people have been complaining and she will be doing a deep cleaning.

Ate here late at night on July 16th. Very slow service. Mozzarella sticks looked very greasy almost burnt looking from the old cooking oil used (sent those back to the cook) Had several issues with the food. Finally the lady that was management that night stepped UP and offered another meal & free dessert. The fiesta lime chicken was very good! Thanks.

The food and service were awesome. However, we were invaded by the flies as we were eating. I just got my food to go after a moment of swatting them off. We will try the place again because the service and food were good and hot. Definitely loved the clean bathroom. O yea, we love that they support veterans and other programs

You would think a restaurant known for their ribs would NOT run out but that is exactly what happened on my recent visit to the South Hill store! Not even a sign on the door as they wanted customers to come in and be seated before giving this ridiculous news! The restaurant, also, had the smell of sour mops or towels....not clean at all! Needless to say I WILL NOT be visiting this location again! I will go to the Colonial Heights Applebee's in the future!
