I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli. When I got home, there was no sauce on it. I attempted to contact the restaurant but no one answered. It was almost a 25 minute drive so I didn't take it back. I was very hungry and it was late at night. I'm very disappointed that there was no remedy for me.
I even tried calling the next day and no one answered. Honestly, this is unacceptable. If I order in the future, I will be sure to check my food before I leave.

There was a happy vibe inside this location. The hostess was very patient and kind even trying to help one of my party find this location. This location is situated off theI 85 corridor exit 12A in this area. Theres a slight up cline sidewalk to the double doors but around the side there is a door more accessible for those needing it and which one person in my party greatly appreciated.Someone was having a birthday song sang & it was a positive vibe inside the environment. I had the half rib with a salad and broccoli- the ribs were juicy- delicious- the generous house salad fresh & the broccoli nicely steamed to tender. My husband had the half rib dry rub with mashed potatoes & house salad. One person had the all you can eat rib-lets- a very generous serving first time around - he said they were very good. The waitress was attentive even though there were several other customers seated. It was a great dining experience!

Seated and took our orders fairly quickly. However, we never received our drinks despite 3 separate people asking if we'd gotten them yet and assuring us they'd be out soon. Our food took 45+ minutes to come out and we had to decline their 4th offer of bringing us our drinks as it was already 11:15pm at this point. Fortunately, the manager gave us a large discount, which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review.

I left because the restaurant was pretty much empty, and my greater said it would be 20 minutes to be seated .... so I said I'll set in the bar if that's ok, she said, sure. I was seated in the bar along with about 6 others that were already there. I sat there for about 15 minutes, and they never came to take my order. So I left....

We set at the bar and had to eat with dirty dishes on the bar beside us. Bar tender was slow unpolite and sucked. Joe suma we miss you! Bartender sitting at the table looking at her phone dished still not cleaned up. They suck whoever is managing this place should be fired

Every time I travel to the East Coast this is my must stop destination on my way to Virginia Beach. The atmosphere, the employees,the food, is my reason for stopping. My mother loves Applebee's and we don't eat at the one back home because we don't get the kind of service. Mitzi is always friendly and personable.

This was a 4.5 out of 5 visit. My first visit to this Applebee's was very good. The staff were wonderful, even on a busy Veterans day. The food was very good, though my compadre thought her steak was too done. Otherwise, everything tasted good, seemed fresh and was relatively well priced. The place is clean as well.
