I left because the restaurant was pretty much empty, and my greater said it would be 20 minutes to be seated .... so I said I'll set in the bar if that's ok, she said, sure. I was seated in the bar along with about 6 others that were already there. I sat there for about 15 minutes, and they never came to take my order. So I left....

10/10!!! The food was super good and the staff were AMAZING!!!
We set at the bar and had to eat with dirty dishes on the bar beside us. Bar tender was slow unpolite and sucked. Joe suma we miss you! Bartender sitting at the table looking at her phone dished still not cleaned up. They suck whoever is managing this place should be fired

Every time I travel to the East Coast this is my must stop destination on my way to Virginia Beach. The atmosphere, the employees,the food, is my reason for stopping. My mother loves Applebee's and we don't eat at the one back home because we don't get the kind of service. Mitzi is always friendly and personable.

This was a 4.5 out of 5 visit. My first visit to this Applebee's was very good. The staff were wonderful, even on a busy Veterans day. The food was very good, though my compadre thought her steak was too done. Otherwise, everything tasted good, seemed fresh and was relatively well priced. The place is clean as well.

I just want to say from the moment I walked in the door up until I finished my meal the service was fantastic. Dallas the manager was very involved with every table and employee there, personable and seemed to know all the guests. She didn’t mind jumping in and helping clean the tables and just overall doing a little of everything. The staff was all friendly and helpful and the demeanors were exactly what you would hope for when wanting to feel like you belong somewhere. I have been in a few times over the past few years and recently I’ve been seeing all new faces but it maintains getting cleaner and overall better. I’ve been to a few Applebees around Virginia and this one so far tops cleanliness and friendliness. The staff seem to love their jobs the kitchen seems to take a lot of pride in their food seeing as everything was hot fresh and fast and I think it just needs to be talked about more when it becomes obvious that people enjoy what they do for a living. I will definitely be back and choose this spot as my favorite location. I don’t remember my servers name unfortunately but she has Brown hair and I just hope this message reaches you guys in good spirits to let you know what you have offered me today is more appreciated than you will ever know. Way to go!
We came on Sunday, and we were greeted and seated promptly. We order drinks, and when the waitress came back she told us they were out of them. That happened again two times. Only a select couple of beers were available. We ordered food, and were told they were out of ranch. One of us ordered a chicken sandwich that came with a ranch spread, which we were told was still an option. We asked for some of the spread with our wings, and that never came. When they brought out the chicken sandwich, it came out as just a fried chicken breast on a bun with two pickles. No spread. We weren't told there was no spread until the sandwich came out. One of us also received an incorrect order, as they duplicated one, and it had to be sent back. It was a terrible experience.

Dietary restrictions: There are many options to choose from so it was easy to find something to eat which was a relief. I follow a pescatarian diet.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon. The hostess saw us, then continued to sit at a high table in the small bar area, speaking g with (I guess a co-worker) and a guy. The waitress was very distracted. There were only4 other tables, and 1 already had their meals. The food was the usual stsndard for Applebee's. If you are traveling go down the road to a different exit.
