Was looking for a place for lunch, could not believe anything could live up to the rave reviews. This place is amazing! The shrimp po'boy was to die for! Will definitely be back. It's a treat to find a place where people take such pride in serving great food.

My only complaint is not finding them sooner! I am a foodie, thru and thru. We found Hot spot grill exactly 1 week ago and I've gotten food for the whole family 3 times now. I plan to try their entire menu eventually. I just can not say enough good things about the owners or their food! They are just wholesome great down to earth people who really know how to cook! The catfish is AWESOME, the onion rings are out of this world, the cheese steaks are great! The quesadillas are like no others! The best salads Ive had since moving to this state. Not a single thing I haven't loved yet. This place is a hidden gem and shouldn't be missed.

A small, hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop attached to a gas station, Hot Spot Grill is a small, blink-and-you-miss-it spot less than 2 miles off the highway. The food is freshly made with a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, and salads. This spot is a local favorite with great value and friendly neighborhood service and homemade banana pudding. 10/10, will go again.

This hidden gem was absolutely amazing. Was driving to NC with some friends when we decided to stop for some food. Now, we were completely suspicious given that it was attached to the convenience store of a gas station, but sweet baby jesus this is on a whole nother level. The owners were wonderful, kind, and they can COOK! The food was beyond expectations. My friends and I tried a bite of each other's and couldn't tell who's was the best, because it was all so good!Do yourself a favor, check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Almost didn't get out of the car! I'm glad we did. A very kind woman made sure to cook my veggie burger in a skillet and not on the grill with the beef burgers.

This was some of THE best food I have had in a very long time. Do not let the fact it is connected to the gas station discourage you from stopping and trying this home cookin! The chef & his wife were so stinking kind! They were fast and so personable. The proportions were HUGE & the food quality is better than 5 star city restaurants I have been to. Definitely stop in and try out their burgers & desserts! Excited to try other items next time we travel through.Vegetarian options: Has good vegetarian options!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible

Yes! It's in the EZ Stop gas station... but don't let the building and setup fool you. The food is very very good. We stopped here for a quick bite while on a road trip and soon discovered this is where all the locals eat.
