7/2024--Papadia, with only vegetables, wasn't that great. Veggie pizza was great though. I'd recommend that. It was really good.
10-21-23--Our experience with Papa John's this time left something to be desired. Our cheese pizza was great. Papadias were ok. But the breadsticks were atrocious. They looked like pita bread. They were flat and hard. See picture 14. But they gave them to us anyway. We took them right back. Azijah acted like she did us a favor by remaking them. The second batch was a little better. Please, if you don't care about the quality of the food you serve, consider some other line of work. When you knowingly give customers food that you know is inferior, you just don't care.
Papa John's pizza is usually on point. Pizzas, chicken poppers and garlic knots were good. The Philly cheesesteak Papadia was really good. However, the little tub of marinara in this order was rancid. They might want to check their sauces more often.
4-22-23 Papa John's pizza was great this go 'round. Garlic knots were really good. But we received rancid marinara AGAIN. Someone needs to check the cold holding temperatures...and actually use the information.

Even though hours of operation are until 9pm, they stop answering the phone and taking in-person orders before 8:30pm. The employee had the door locked when we arrived by 8:35pm and wouldn't acknowledge we were even there. Some service.

What is THIS!!!! I've gone to Papa Johns in the past but, I've NEVER seen ANYTHING like this!!! This so-called pizza was ordered 25 minutes before closing, so make sure you never make that mistake. Can you imagine getting home finally, after a long hectic day, and open your box to THIS!! Did I get the scraps that were left over?! And what on earth is wrong with this CRUST??!!! Needless to say we DID NOT EAT THIS SCRAP PIZZA!!! Money wasted!! Do better people! You get one star from me only because I can't give you a zero!!

I'm not exactly sure how to explain this visit. I can in after ordering online and was told it wasn't ready. Mean while I look over and see a young man and woman touching each other all over kissing and the works. Need less to say I guess I see why the food wasn't ready. Worst worst part was that I waited another 25 minutes for the food I ordered 1 hr ago just to get home and find out the messed the order up completely. 1 of 4 pizzas were correct

Pathetic service. 12:00 noon, and no pizza cooked for quick serving. Attendant doing nothing but sitting. Used to be a decent place to go, but changed a few months ago, and not for the better.
Pizza is always perfect but my hubby said the wings could’ve been cooked a little longer.
Vegetarian options: Love my cheese & mushroom pizza!

I used to go to a Papa John's in Florida it was my favorite pizza only place I would go in Florida had Papa John's here once was okay but not the greatest Pizza although anything's better than Domino's everything just closes here so early unless you're a first shift person or you get food before you go to work on second shift nothing's open in this state Wisconsin blows
