Would NOT recommend to anyone that wants to order a birthday cake!I paid for a PLAIN blue ice cream crunch cake a week before my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I was suppose to pick it up at 10am. That was the earliest time they provided even though they open at 6am on Saturdays. I got there at 9:50 and the employees looked completely clueless when I said I was picking up my cake. I had to then wait a HOUR for my cake to get there. When I finally got to my daughter’s party I put all the decorations on the cake. We sung happy birthday and cut it open and I saw that it’s NOT WHAT I ORDERED!? I had to pay an extra fee for a crunchy layer and fudge. There was not an ounce of either on the cake. I don’t understand how all I received was a “sorry”. I didn’t get a discount , no refund or a gift card for the inconvenienceS.I will not be ordering from them again!

I hate doing reviews but if you say youre open until 9pm then be open until 9pm. Showed up at 845 for two simple cones and doors were locked with people inside looking at us like we were crazy. Work ethic is a thing. Look it up to the crew that was working tonight.

Do NOT order from this location! Pick up! They sent me the wrong order the first time, I reordered and received the wrong order again. It’s like they don’t even try, just send you whatever they feel like.

Absolutely terrible. None of our items were correct and when I called they hung up on me. I waited and called back and they told me they substituted my items but I asked them why they didn’t call me to confirm the substitutions and they didn’t have an answer. However I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter sundae and they gave me a raspberry ice cream with coconuts, Cholocate fudge, and Oreos. I’m not sure how that is a substitution for a Reese’s sundae but it was terrible. This is the second time they messed up my order and this was the last time I’m ever going to order from this location ever again!!!!

They don't have a variety of ice cream flavors. The store does not have donuts even though it is attached to Dunkin Donuts. I wanted the Fudge Brownie Sundae but they have a sign saying NO DONUTS. When asking about the brownie, there wasn't any either. I had no choice but to order 2 scoops of ice cream. I received a very small glass and under pressure they added the hot chocolate topping, almonds, whipped cream and cherry. Nothing pretty to look at! The taste is always sweet. So nice. Long story short, we ordered 1 banana split, 2 sundaes, and a cone.We had indicated that we would eat it on the premises but even so they put a lid on it and everyone was scrambled and spilled. I did not understand the protocol because instead of delivering it to us where we asked for it, we had to wait for the payment area, spreading the product everywhere.I will most likely never return to this place!

My mom ordered an ice cream cake and when we went to go pick it up they were trying to find it. Turns out that they never made it and we were told "oh sometimes our cake person doesn't make the cakes". FIRE THEM! I have worked in a bakery and that is so unprofessional and unacceptable. Clearly this has happened before and the "cake person" should be fired.

Good breakfast without the pricey tag. I have been here many time and order from hash brown, smoothie or donuts. Be advised if want donuts do not late I the evening sometime are gone by 4:30pm. The restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and service is fast. I love to order the mango smoothie by Baskin Robbins that is my favorite drink beside the chai latte. no hassle with the parking. No a lot cars or traffic,plenty of parking available.
