Dirty inside and out despite remodel. Service very slow at 2pm. Only 1 person at counter and kiosk does.not process coupons.

Hope you like ordering by kiosk, cuz it might be your only option. Fries were hot, so I can't complain about the food.

Said the machine was down and i had to pay cash. When I said I didn’t have cash the machine was miraculously back up. Was clearly trying to give me food and pocket the cash. Left without paying. Shady practices

Decided to go to this Burger King about a week ago. Started in the drive through even though it was long. Abandoned the drive through when I noticed customers yelling into the speaker bc no one was taking orders. Went inside to see multiple people waiting for their orders and wanting to cancel. Manager refused to cancel orders. Manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers and the staff. The way he was yelling at everyone was just astounding. I had never witnessed anything like this before. To top it off, after waiting for about 30 minutes to get my meal, and paying $18, it was the worst food I have ever tasted. Wish I could give this place a negative 100. Corporate needs to know about this place!!

I ordered 2 burgers the King Bacon and one chicken. when I resived my order I checked it and it was not what I asked to explain what I wanted and I had to wait longer and pay more money so that at the end of the night I can live a half- and dry prepared hamburger

The heavy set white lady with black hair at the drive thru was very rude. They originally messed up my order and when I came to back to get it fixed they made a huge issue over it.

Service is ok. My only issue is when I order my motz sticks I dont get my marina sauce and I especially do not recieve the included sauce when I order extra sauce. Tried to talk to them about it and they kept saying idk what to say about it. I'm so disappointed that I have to harass people to get what I ordered or to even point out the same female in window has done this to me each time. And I hate when the run from the window and ignore you like the first time this happened, at least this time she didn't ignore me and I got what I ordered for after having to kind of argue with her a bit I did my best not to be rude and to be patient and they brushed me off completely and just don't care. It's not my experience with all of the staff but a few of them making service mid.

Small edit, looked at my receipt and found that they charged my extra sauces under the motz sticks so the lady just thought it was a substitute and the young man who took my order is at fault not her. Why he would put it for my meal that I ordered with the motz sticks is beyond me but I recommend being very specific to get what you ordered at this location.

Trash service horrible communication. You’ll sit there explaining your order and they’ll still manage to get it wrong. You can only go here for the small hour window of lunch besides that it’s cold and soggy. Sucks it’s the only one in my vicinity.

Worst experience ever. The food here has always been decent but this time it was worst. But what made me leave 1 star is the terrible customer service. I’m not sure if i came at a busy time or what but I came to grab something quick for my kids and I. While trying to get my kids order situated the person taking the order seemed to be in a rush and kept asking me was I ready mind you no one was behind me and he heard me getting my kids orders together. I got their 5 duo confused which was on me but once i understood i asked for a burger and fried for each and bc i have picky eater kids asked if no onions or pickles be on either sandwich . I got their whopper. I was asked if we wanted cheese on all sandwiches which i said yes and also got my kids and I each a cookie. I had to repeat the order a few times but after that I thought they understood.I paid for the food and then when i got my food noticed they missed a drink. The manager claim they didn’t and made me pay for a third. I asked for sauce and he tried to charge for that as well. I parked and noticed they left the topping on my kids sandwiches and forgot the cheese on all of our sandwiches, plus only have us 2 cookies. I had a long day and didn’t feel like going back in line to deal with the ride manager would help any just cause more frustration and we were all hungry so we just ate it and my kids removed their toppings. But this was the worst experience i have had at a fast food spot and that is saying alot. This location needs new management. The other 1 star reviews will attest to that as well.

Walked in at 7:45pm and two employees were leaning against a wall talking. They looked at me like I was bothering them by patronizing their workplace. They then moved behind some equipment and continued their conversation. I left without being waited on. They probably did me a favor as the food is always subpar at this location and when the manager is present he is usually yelling at the staff.
