Walked in at 7:45pm and two employees were leaning against a wall talking. They looked at me like I was bothering them by patronizing their workplace. They then moved behind some equipment and continued their conversation. I left without being waited on. They probably did me a favor as the food is always subpar at this location and when the manager is present he is usually yelling at the staff.

So idk his name, should've looked at his name tag but he was a short, hispanic guy with an afro. I pay and he gives me a weird vibe as he just stares at me...When I finally get my food, he stares some more, felt he wasn't going to say anything like "have a nice day", and I was right...So I also looked at him weird and didn't say anything back like thank you or anything because nobody is about to make me look like a fool. My point is, hire people who aren't so goddamn rude and have some simple freaking manners. These kids today have no manners whatsoever. Stop hiring people who aren't people persons in customer service...This is why so many people complain and are called "karens" for rightfully complaining about rude service....LEGITIMATE complaints get a bad rep because people think every complaint is being a "karen" but in reality, a lot of employees now take advantage of this narrative and treat customers very poorly....This guy needs to stick to making fries and not where the drive thru is..Rude....and possibly a psychopath with how he looked at me..

Staff had a very unfriendly face. As soon as I came in guy had a face like he was annoyed that I was there. Whopper fell apart after the first bite. I have been to many Burger Kings. But this is first and last time i visit this one. Over all bad experience.

They double charged me for a meal, didn't give me a receipt, then when I came back the next day they told me I had to wait two days (already showed them it was charged to my bank account) and being back the receipt they never gave me to get a refund. What kind of run around bull is this garbage? Now I have to go through my bank to get it fixed. All for something THEY screwed up. Pathetic service.
