We were given a hard time with our order. We asked for onions on our cheeseburgers and were told flat out no. We asked why and the woman told us she can't do that because they don't come with onions. Guess "have it your way" doesn't work at that location. Plus the fries were only half filled and the toppings on the whoppers were almost non exist.

Super clean and enjoyed it, my toddler loved it, I wasn't worried about her eating off the booth bench as everything was surprisingly clean! Was a nice surprise. The Impossible Burger is delicious and the fries have been fresh every time I've gone. I'm happy with this place and I will continue to go back it's rare that I am happy with any fast food place so this is a nice surprise

Good food, but holy moly, they NEVER include the right condiments and sauces. Want fries? Make sure ketchups in the bag. Want mozzarella sticks? Make sure marinera sauce is in the bag. Want literally any sandwich on the menu? Make sure to ask for the special sauce by name, because you won't get it otherwise. When you get fast food you're in a rush, super annoying to get home and realize I have no sauce for my 8 mozzarella sticks. This is basic. Doesn't matter if it's busy or I'm the only car in the entire parking lot. Employees need to do better.
For some reason this lady that works there refuses to take my perfectly valid coupons. I gave her the code and then she told me there's a new policy where I have to give her the physical coupon even though no Burger King ever asked for a physical coupon since the early 2000s. They just take your code and that's it. I don't understand why this is suddenly a problem at this particular location with that particular person

Seems this place service is so "poor and cheap". A lady seller did not want to give customer any sauces even we already purchased order of 4 persons serving. When we ask for some sauce which could be at least nice for giving 3-4 sides of sauce, however, they responded for more cost on them if we want to have any sauces. At the end, we decided to get sauces which cost almost $3 for 2 BBQ sauces. Even this would not cost much but their service would not be acceptable for being cheap of not giving out any side of sauce to any order of burgers and fries. Wondering if this place actually has any update on their menu for cost on any sauce side with any burger order? Please take serious on customer review and manager needs to concern more on these situations of all employees acts to any customers' order, if you ACTUALLY want to build up reputable business and having a good relationship to customer with hope all customers will come back and more customers come by to sell more depending mostly on their attitude service. Considering on this and Act right Please!!

It’s Burger King, so no surprises. However, I’d like to highlight that the service here is good and my orders are always accurate, which significantly contributes to the overall experience. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the inside. The outside could use a little sprucing up and repaving around the drive thru lane, but it’s not horrible.Parking: Lot is never full or even crowded.

The chicken wrap is not like advertised. The wrap has like 3 small pieces of chicken, not one big piece of chicken as shown in pics and on TV ads.
