Go almost everyday to this location for 3 months amazing friendly and good staff love this store

The food was good, hot, etc. No problem there. My issue is with the young woman with hip-length dreads that were frayed at the end and left to hang, unsecured. Everyone else had their hair secured, but her braids were left to drift freely into food being prepared, take a dip into the oil fryer, griddle, ice machine, etc. Major safety and health hazard. Also, no one seemed to be wearing any kind of identifiable Dunkin clothing except one guy.

William ... Oh man where do I even start... Amazing worker the pinnacle of a good role model, I look forward to seeing his face a the register when I walk into this location. Please promote this guy.

Had the chicken w pepper wrap and decaf coffee, was delicious. They were very accommodating to my red meat allergy. Taking the proper measures to prevent cross- contamination.

Just stop by to get the s'more frozen and the associate was amazing!

Hash browns were VERY greasy. So bad the grease leaked through the bag. The egg and cheese croissant was cold. The inside of the DD was dirty, bathrooms were “out of order”, large portions of tiles were missing,,…needless to say, I’ll never go back to that one.

I come here regularly with my kids, and there's been a few times that my food gets mixed up because of the language barrier. I went today and I spoke to someone with perfect English, and she couldn't hear me or something over the intercom and was catching an attitude with me.

bad service- hands you your food and shuts the door and i’ve had lots of order issues

This is the best DD in Northern VA. I've been frequenting them once a week for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Great workers and they are fast and accurate.

Came here at Tues at March 19,2024 @ 836pm, doors locked and drive thru dark. Couldn't get in thru front doors. Okkkkayyy. Can't get ice cream.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Dunkin. Special shout out to Selam who always comes through with the great drink recommendations as well as friendly and professional service. I also learned about Dunkin rewards here and who doesn’t like free food and drinks, am I right? Tacketts Dunkin has made a loyal customer out of me ?

I walked in while on the phone. I’m assuming I was too loud for the cashiers liking. She looked the other way and rolled her eyes. I didn’t get a name but it was the young Ethiopian lady on 2/22 between 3 and 3:30.

I was in the drive thru line this morning placing my order when the woman behind me pulled around me and up to the window. When I mentioned to the employee they shouldn’t let people cut in line he told me she has an online order. I informed him that didn’t matter since she was behind me and should have waited her turn and that she wasn’t more important than me. The customer service here is typically bad but this just sent me over the edge.
