We have been ordering from Jersey Mikes on Old Bridge for over a year now. I just want to let mgmt know that you have the most awesome crew at your store!! My subs are always PERFECT and delivered in a timely manner
I don’t know how to tip that staff at JM as the tip seems to just be for the driver. Since I don’t know how to tip the crew, the least I can do is give a shout-out to your team. Thank you for the amazing service - The Brannans
When you decide to cancel someone's order thru Grub Hub, it would be nice if you would bother to alert them via email/text instead of letting them sit there waiting for their food. Also, 5 days to refund the money is RIDICULOUS! Not sure I will bother ordering again. This is the second chance I've given you (last time wasnt thru Grub Hub) since you opened and the second time Ive been dosappointed.
