At the end of the day jess murdock who was training on the grill..was so unpleasant. Gave me wrong prices of my subs and did not put any of my add ons on the subs. After going back the cook on the grill 17yr old called me a child..My whole Jesey Mikes experience was awful !!!

Good group of KIDS. I just really wish management would teach and enforce sanitation and cross contamination education. Everytime I go in there they use the same gloves to check you out. Handling money and food with the same gloves. The condiments are always low and the lettuce is always brown. And they use the same dirty rag to clean also. Just nasty

On 8/09/24 I had a large order by phone of about 9 subs,with varying requests on each one re,: I.e.,condiments,extras,bread types etc.The associate who took my order via phone was Leroy who was professional,polite,accurate,patient,pleasant and who got the order 100 percent correct.I want to thank him and relay that he was the greatest and the subs were very delicious..Leroy is " a keeper".and Jersey Mike's is the best..in particular this location...I will be back!Yes I did tip$ 10.00.!

I visited Jersey Mike's and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere of the place was really inviting—clean and well-organized, which always makes for a pleasant dining environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to ensure my order was just right.

However, the food took longer to prepare than I anticipated. While the wait wasn't excessive, it was noticeable, especially during a lunch rush. Despite the delay, the quality of the sandwich made up for it. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted.

Overall, while the service speed could use some improvement, the clean environment and friendly staff made for a positive experience. I’ll definitely return and hope for a quicker turnaround next time.

Food was ok but a person was in front of store harassing people going in and out. Called the store afterwards and dealt with a rude person identifying as manager-Leroy. Asked for managers name was told it was Chris Brown. Waiting to hear from someone over this complaint. Also contacted company directly.

Honestly, they are decent for a quick sandwich. Customer service is always really good, they are responsive to customer requests, and aim to make your sandwich exactly how you request it. Only been here 5 or 6 times, and I am pleased with each sandwich I've ordered. Never ordered the same sandwich twice, so 6 different sandwiches have all been exactly what I craved at each visit.

I ordered a regular bacon ranch chicken Philly cheesteak on rosemary parmigian bread. I got the meal including chips and a drink.When I got to the store to pick up my order, I ordered an extra bag of chips. It was 1.35 and I paid with a $5. I was told the only way I could get change was with coins as there were no ones in the store. The manager should have ensured there was enough change for the night. I told the two workers there to just keep the change as a tip. Also, when I got home, I discovered that my sub was on white bread. I was not told that there was no more rosemary parmigian. I keep giving this store chances and I keep getting disappointed

They ruin every sub with mayo. Even when you specifically ask them not to put it on they do. There is a complete inability to follow simple directions at this location. Don’t come here, they will mess up your order too.

Ordered 4 subs on Sunday night on line. The wait time for 4 subs was outrageous. It took them 45 minutes to make the sandwiches. When we finally got them home, the orders were wrong. They substituted our requested white bread on all 4 subs with bread that had melted cheese and rosemary on it without asking. I'm allergic to rosemary if I had not noticed the difference and ate it I could have gotten really sick. Didn't bother taking the subs back because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes or more for new subs. This was very unprofessional and sloppy. Please look into upgrading the employees who work at this store, they are really bringing your store down.

First, I love Jersey Mikes! Second, I love the Lake Ridge Jersey Mikes. Jameire and Joseph were amazing! I had a large catering order to be pick up right after the store opened. Both gentlemen were prompt and friendly. The were both very accommodating to any request made (I needed the topping separately) all while serving customers who walked in to place their orders. I was in a bit of a rush to make it to a meeting with the order but they wanted to make sure all of the sandwiches, toppings, chips, condiments, desserts and sodas were in order and good to go for the drive.
