Travis and Ahmad worked so well under pressure; limited supplies during a rush hour. Travis greeted everyone so kindly while Ahmad held it down on the grill. Not once could you sense any rudeness or rushing energy. The sandwich was bomb and they make an awesome team during stressful situations! Thank you guys.

Three times in a row the bread was stale. An overpriced stale sandwich and they're always out of iced tea. Wegmans is much better. They make a bigger, better, fresh, made to order sub. It's a grocery, so there's a bakery and more choices for drinks and chips.

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 11:57 and I got there at 12:04 and it wasn’t ready. I see them make my cold sandwich and it wasn’t ready until 12:15 17 mins late. I start looking for them to make my hot sandwich but apparently it was already cooked when I got there. I open my hot sandwich in the parking lot and it was lukewarm. What an awful staff and experience. I will never come back to this location. They didn’t even offer to comp me a sandwich or anything. You suck.

Good but not great sub spot. Better quality than subway but also a bit more expensive. Definitely worth a check out, but hard to justify going super often.

I like Jersey Mike's in Lake Ridge best out of all of them in NOVA! Best time to go is when Kaiori is working! She's the best! Super nice, quick and actually knows what she is doing!! Y'all she is the best!!

This location has gotten our order wrong the last 4 times. You have to actively mess up to achieve this. Recommend people stay away.
