I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. When I got home and checked my order, I noticed that my large fries were only about 1/3 full, despite paying for a full large portion. This wasn’t a small mistake,it was very obvious.

I went back to the store to speak with the manager, Samual, and I brought photo evidence for reference: one picture showing what a full large fry normally looks like, and another showing what I was actually given. Instead of receiving an apology or a reasonable explanation, I was met with an argument. I was told that because it was a mobile order, the fries had “shrunk over time,” which makes absolutely no sense.

Fries do not shrink to one-third of the container simply because of time, especially when the order was picked up promptly. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that I provided clear proof of the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was far more frustrating than the missing fries themselves.

Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. In this case, there was no apology, no solution, and no attempt to make it right. I expect better transparency and respect as a paying customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how concerns like this are addressed in the future.

A young Hispanic girl with blue hair gave me a horrible experience at this Harbor location last night in Woodbridge across from the Safeway. She gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet tea and she made my sandwich incorrectly. When I called her out on her mistake, she was rude and unapologetic! Worse McDonald's ever!

Service sucked in the drive thru on September 5th at 11:00pm,,they refused to give me my fries that I paid for.. Even the Manager on Duty was Very Rude ,stay away from this place.

Placed an online order for a caramel coffee ( paid for 5 extra caramel. The coffee had no flavor I asked for more she put an extra pump it was still water cream. Then paid for more caramel. The hash brown was cold and really soft I asked for it to be a little more crispy and that was given an inedible hash brown. 1st and last time here. Also the bathrooms smell foul. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Don’t go to this McDonald’s. I had my card information stolen and they keep attempting to make purchases with my card information. I only use Apple Pay because I thought it was more secure but they are probably using some type of scanner.

I asked for no salt on my double quarter pounder. Y’all thought I wouldn’t notice the standard lethal dose of sodium? If I’m paying SEVEN+ DOLLARS for a McDonald’s burger, ask me to pull up in the drive thru and make it right. Even if it takes 5 minutes. Don’t insult my intelligence.

I usually don’t write reviews because I hate to bring down a business and always give the benefit of the doubt to people but when waiting for my food, the atmosphere felt heavy, the lady calling out the orders would drop the bag of food aggressively on the counter while she called out the order. When ordering in person you most likely have to wait 10-15 to even be acknowledged; When they do take your order get prepared to be yelled at, one of the other workers were yelling at a woman about what drink she wanted. When I got my order I went to verify the size of my drink and she gave me the worst attitude I’ve experienced in customer service and showed me the size of cups to “dumb it down” for me. The food was mid, service terrible, and they didn’t don’t even have proper equipment to provide lids, napkins, and straws to guests. As someone who works customer service I was appalled.

I'm very disappointed that they didn't have any of the lil McDonalds Toys and they were trying to pawn off Elio toys on me. I gave them back the elio toys and left.I think they should put up disclaimers if they are not going to hand them out. I would have gone to another location to order food.

The customer service was great but the hamburger was dry and old, and the bun over cooked. The nuggets in the other happy meal had 4 fresh nuggets and 2 old nuggets. You can tell because of the internal tempeture difference and taste quality. This is what they serve your kids and mine. Fries were on point, and sweat tea was great. This is one of my more favored location. SMH
