Very good burgers full of juice đ
Got breakfast there, my food was not fresh and the sweet tea was just disgusting. The bathroom (menâs) was not to clean. Maybe they just opened or they are just lazy.

Never really had a bad experience at this location until this week, I placed an order through the drive through speakers was charged, then when I was handed my order I told the lady I was missing an item, she had said I didnât order anything then went I suppose to look up my order and said I hadnât paid for it, like I said Iâve never had a problem at this location so I never really ask for my receipt but I know my usual total, then an old Spanish lady came out literally throwing the receipt in my face and said in Spanish âhere you didnât payâ. Assuming I wanted free food or something I wouldnât mind ordering again but the attitude they had towards me was disrespectful and disguising. I donât know if the lady who threw the receipt at me was the manager but if she is she needs to go back to register or something and get training on Customer service.

The service was very so bad there were just taking and i orderd large fires and some stuff for take away and they didnt give me my fries. TRUST ME DONâT GO NEAR THAT PLACE!!

It's a rubbish staff they have, they don't take good care of you, they talk to them and as if you were talking to their buttocks because they don't even answer, it even made me sad that an elderly lady was trying to talk to them because she needed a product to consume and they didn't pay any attention to it and when the lady was talking to her she responded very badly, angry, they are rubbish people who are working at this McDonald's, it is a rubbish service that they have, McDonald's should get good employees, not rubbish like the They are there. Regarding my order, I was waiting 15 minutes for them to give me my order.

Most of the staff are rude including managers there are about 3 people there that are very nice. Curbside can take up to 10 mins and the breakfast English muffins are mostly burnt on edge's. The cheeseburgers are mostly slapped together because I always get it plain. Drive through is always what they take care of first. Inside service is slow to get help.

If McDonaldâs is doing a special promotion I GUARANTEE you this McDonaldâs wonât have it. Grimace shake comes out. âWe donât have itâ. JJK sauce comes out, âwe dont have itâ. Collectors cup comes out, âWe donât have itâ. On top of not having every desert item not available. Also whoever is working the windows orders on 8-16 at 3:00pm, absolutely rude. Gave me old soggy unsalted fries too. Iâm not exaggerating any of this.

I eat lunch here regularly. Leidy is so polite! I like my fries golden NOT white and definitely not limp (soft.) The front end people are very accommodating for this. Thank you!
I order ALL of my food without salt because of a medical need. Again, they are very accommodating! Thank you!

When I placed my order through the drive-through speaker, the employee did not listen carefully and got my order wrong. When I tried to correct the mistake at the payment window, I explained the issue, but instead of correcting the order, the employee charged me extra without adding any additional items.
This incident highlighted a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. It was frustrating to deal with an incorrect order and an unwarranted extra charge, which should have been easily resolved.
I hope McDonaldâs management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving staff training and attentiveness to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
