Yesterday 02/25/24 we placed order #6 at 2:50PM together with my husband and we made 1 purchase and we really had good customer service. I asked for some extra straws and kechup and there were no problems??

Evening time ...on Tuesday 16 January.....Manager has always very rude face,, she look like a real dangerous step mother .Another old age women Spanish with white hair ....ohhh my goodness.. EXTREME RUDE..I ask about my order ...which I did in self monitor....She Replied..".DON'T know "...I told her my receipt number ...She said™" Don't know"......When I call manager ...she saw me but didn't come to me.....If that old lady doesn't like her job then go somewhere else but NOT to rude with customers.... because customers pay their salaries....Sorry to say .....Employees are extremely rude ...don't know what is the customer services....please please management has to train these two employees.....

The food is almost always fresh and hot here... Every once in a while they will serve old McNuggets or not-so-fresh fries. But hey, this particular fast-food location is better than most on this particular front.Service, well, this is hit or miss. It seems like sometimes you get a "stink-eye" if you are one who prefers to place an order with a person instead of on the kiosk machine they have right when you walk in.Kid-friendliness: Good games and digital activities for kids.

Early crew is awesome, evening needs some improving, its acceptable.
They need to pay their employees better because I’m sick and tired of getting major attitude from their night employees. My food and service during day time- wonderful.At night- the food is never right, and the girls working there hate their lives so much they make it your fault.

This McDonald's was actually very clean. Food was hot, fast, and no mix ups. Staff was friendly. I don't normally have great experiences at McDonald's dining so I normally go to the drive thru. But this was is pleasant to say the least.

Employees in the drive through are very rude. Not even a hello, instead it’s a “you don’t need a receipt” then window slam followed by the next window, “watchya order” and a window slammed shut in your face. It gets worse and worse each time.

First off I'm sitting at the window for more than five minutes, waiting on my food. I'm like ok must be making something fresh, anyway food come , my quater ponder deluxe was nasty. Cheese was not melted but wait., when did they start to use two sesame seeds bread for the sandwich. I had one on top and bottom, and also the fries taste fish, you can tell it was cooked in old grease just . With that being said I will not be coming to this location again. If I wasn't ion my way to work I would have return it. Anyway i gave to someone who is a little less fortunate . Two thumbs down!
