Our delivery guy showed up eventually after an hour and he had FORGOTTEN the pizza. When I called the restaurant, the manager simply said she’d have the pizza remade and sent out to us...30 minutes later! I couldn’t take back my tip because I had prepaid AND she offered no refund or discount. I’m disappointed. We order from Paisanos every other weekend, but I’m going to order from elsewhere next time.
