We have been ordering pizza and wings for years from this location and have always been happy with the food and service. But when we ordered last week, the online tracking after an hour said our order was still being processed. So my son called and they said they were having driver problems. He told them we still wanted the order. They finally sent the order for pizza and wings in another 45 minutes and everything was cold. We were willing to over look this as a real driver problem that we could forgive. But my my son ordered us pizza tonight and they sent a text saying the ordered had been canceled. So he called and they said they had to switch the driver and when they do, it automictically sends a cancel text. We did get the pizza and it was warm and great. But the driver rang the doorbell and left the order in the rain on our uncovered door stoop. We are still struggling to understand driver problems two weeks in a row. Especially when we like the food. I think we will go with the 3 strikes your out rule. Trouble next time and no more orders. That would be a shame...

Second time ordering and all items not included when having someone else pick up when on the way home. Also 2nd time staff states to refund at end of shift. Probably will.choose another location from now on.
Paisanos Pizza in Lake Ridge is a fantastic find. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, suitable for both family dinners and casual outings. Everyone is so nice and friendly here! I asked for any recommendations and they pointed me to the steak and cheese sub or pizza. I tried the sub today and really enjoyed it. Next time I will be trying out the pizza.

I have had Paisano’s pizza many times and they never disappoint! They are always courteous and pleasant on the phone when taking my order and the food is fresh, flavorful and delicious. They have very fresh salads too!Keep up the good work Paisano ‘s in Lake Ridge Va.
