I come to this location every morning and recently these past two mornings have been terrible. My latte has no flavor even though i requested 4 pumps. Please get new baristas to make the drinks!

I am so tired of ordering a latte from here and when it gets dropped of its dirt water with no taste. I have coffee every morning but I will never order a thing from this place anymore, im not paying 10.00 for some mixture of old coffee or espresso grounds and dirty sink water. Let me be clear I love Starbucks, especially every other 1 in Woodbridge but the one in Lakeridge, by Giant Hedges Run are not fit to mix instant coffee. Do better!

I've been going to the lake ridge Starbucks for over 25years and not until recently have I had so many terrible drinks. This is the 4th time I've ordered a latte when there is a certain girl there, my drink is horrible. Every single time! Today I ordered a peppermint, white chocolate mocha It taste like hot water but when you open up the cup, it's just brown hot water. Absolutely 0 flavor !! I hate to be that person to say anything because I worked in a Starbucks before but she is absolutely terrible and she needs to be taken off the line. We pay $6 a drink atleast make sure it taste like what we paid for.

As of a month ago it seems like this store has new management and a whole new staff. I really appreciate their work ethic. They are present, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. Plus they have all the other markers of excellent service.

Taste tested

So to start off the drinks were on Point, but I believe that's the nicest thing I can say. We ordered foor and drinks, but our hot food was given and he was told to pull up front to wait for the ice drinks.
I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after several occurrences of the food being cold, I have realized they don't know how to prioritize.
Im not sure, but I do believe they may only have 1 or 2 toaster ovens but if someone is ordering hot food, they shouldn't have to reheat the food when they get home ( 5 min drive).
Today was the last straw though, we were given a ham and cheese croissant that wasn't cooked. I tried calling them after and no answer.
There is another Starbucks in the opposite direction of me and they are the new go to for me now. I didn't think a bad Starbucks existed until recently.
Even with no one behind you they will ask you to pull up, the food is usually cold and it seems like some of the staff doesn't care. I'm sure it's not their dream job but they need a better manager to get that store up to par.
If you want a drink then there is a 50/50 safe bet that it will be ready but otherwise I would stear clear. Starbucks is a treat that we get occasionally, so to ask for it to be done right doesn't feel like such a big ask.
A one off is sometimes expected but here it's the average. That's been my past several expirences, do with it as you will.

Order was incorrect (pineapple juice instead of peach juice) and for the 4th week in a row the scanner in the drive through isn’t working. The point of the app is convenience so for it to consistently not work is getting ridiculous.

I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks. The lady who took my order was rude and got it wrong. When I pointed it out, the woman making drinks responded with an attitude, saying I’d need to pay more since it wasn’t on my receipt. I just wanted my order fixed. When I thanked them after receiving my drink, the lady at the window simply said, “Yup,” which felt unprofessional. They were also out of everything.

I ordered a Iced pumpkin lattee with oatmilk without whipping cream, and I got with whipping cream without ice. now I can enjoy like warm coffee with extra fatty. thanks.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location.

Which I’d only found out…once I went in expecting to pick up my order.

The young lady was so cool….and offered to just make it….versus making me drive across town to the other location in town.

I went through drive thru to get a Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Sweet Cream Foam but wanted it a specific way & i think I may have confused the lady that was taking the order. It wasn't the way I wanted it so I went inside and Roxie was so understanding and welcoming as she made my drink again for me, no questions asked.
