Get to the window, there was whip on it. I didn’t ask for whip, so they go to remove it. Hands me the drink back and the lid isn’t on…which resulted in this. This is literally now the second time in a matter of two weeks, specifically in the evening…

One Saturday morning not long ago I checked Google Maps for the nearest Starbucks. It brought me to a vacant location. I tried to update Google Maps, but my update was rejected. Good luck.

Every time I go here, the drink tastes different. Even if I order say a pike, it tastes different every time. I don't think they clean their machines. I even order coffee with NOTHING in it, and I say it multiple times with the cashier confirming that nothing is in it. It clearly has syrup in it and their syrup here is disgusting. I have stood inside the store waiting for my drink as well and I watch the barista make several drinks without cleaning off the steam wand, yuck! This store needs some DEEP cleaning and to train their baristas.

The most water down drink I have ever had. It basically tasted like drinking milk with a slight coffee taste. I don’t know if they are following the original recipes because in any other Starbucks, this particular drink has always tasted like actual coffee. At this location, the drink tasted like a three year old tried to mix ingredients together and come up with something new. Wasteful.

Great Starbucks! I went there again today. The ladies were very sweet and willing to accommodate disabilities, whereas Cheshire Station wasn’t.
The worst Starbucks ever. Walked in with my two children and no one said a word. The two people looked at us and said nothing. One was making drinks and the other the drive through window. We stood there for a few mins then finally a guy came out from the back and walked right by us to talk to a girl that came in. He then made them drinks and they sat down to talk. My children and I were still waiting. A few moments later Izzy came out to greet us and take our order. The customer service here is horrible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! Save yourself time money and frustration and just drive to another one.Ruining Starbucks name! Drinks we had orderedss from this store were BLAND! Not even tiny bit taste of coffee. We ordered Hot (pistachio latte, cappuccino etc), cold (ice shaken espresso iced macchiato) frozen (java chip, mocha Frappuccino) all BLAND! Even the matcha latte was bland! It was very disappointing and waste of money. I almost went back and return the last drink we ordered. All of those drinks we had just a sipThis branch used to be good used to be one of the best. (Specially when it was by giant) but it seems like they changed barista. The previous ladies (baristas) were great!No wonder now there’s barely line at drive thru. They should change their from starbucks to ZEROSTARbucks!
