Employees ignore you, my online order was ready behind the cashier, yet they waited 20 minutes for it to get cold to give it to me after me repeatedly asking, acting as if they didn’t understand.

Let me tell you. This Taco Bell is my home base. My rock. My reliable ex with the good good. Because it’s always open late, and it always bangs.

In all seriousness I have never had anything wrong with an order here. I have come through that driveway more than a handful of times at 1 and 2 am car full of people hungry as hell.

And no matter how obnoxious or annoyingly long our order the staff has treated us with kindness and respect. It’s the kind of fast food experience you dream about.

I LOVE these guys and gals and 100% gotta give late night their props. You are AWESOME.

Hopefully you have some time to kill.

You’ll be waiting for your food.

I also caution anyone from going inside to order as well….The service is even worse.

I was in line waiting for my food….which took 20 minutes to get.

The guy behind me just wanted a soda.

I told him he’d get faster service at the gas station down the road….versus standing in the line.

Eventually after standing there for almost 20 minutes….he took my advice and opted to leave!

Though service can be a bit slow during 1-3pm due to being busy lunch time hours, my order is always made well. My tacos were all fresh, crispy, not falling apart or soggy, and PACKED full. The picture is what all three of my tacos looked like. 👍🏼 dining area is well kept, service is friendly. Don't usually leave many reviews but thought it was well deserved at this location.

It was your average night coming home from work. I did the drive through. Nice courtesy people. It was pretty good for Taco Bell. Ordered 2x steak and it definitely was correct.

I went in during my lunch break to order food since the line outside was super long and didn't seem to be moving. I ordered on the kiosk. My food was ready in about 5 minutes or less. However, when the food was presented to me, it was tossed across the counter and the girl walked away quickly after doing so. I said excuse me about 3x each time getting louder and leaning more over the counter, eventually i just screamed HELLO! and observed the same lady act as though she didnt hear me and continue to have playful banter with another worker. I screamed it super loud the 2nd time and she finally turned around to acknowledge me at which point i let her know the sauce i ordered was not in the bag. she tells me the sauce is in the dining area (i ordered to go and selected the sauces on the order, which also reflects on the receipt.) and then she walks away again to go finish playing. I will not be eating here again, until the staff has better customer service. In my experience the only pleasant worker is the woman in the drive-thru.

This place NEVER gets mobile orders right. Every time I do a mobile order, I wait 20 minutes or so and even so it’s never been prepared ahead of time.

This Taco Bell is not it. It was a long wait even though there were no cars, they forgot some of my order after I got the bag, and they made the tacos sloppy and it was all over the place.

Why is it that every time I go to this particular Taco Bell (3 times) in the Last 90 days. I can not use my rewards because there is a problem getting a code on my cellphone? But when I go to the one on Cape Cod there is never a problem?

If you use the Kiosk and you wanna use cash, you'll get COMPLETELY IGNORED. I waited for 30+ mins and no one asked me if I wanted anything. It's ridiculous. I ended up leaving
