If you use the Kiosk and you wanna use cash, you'll get COMPLETELY IGNORED. I waited for 30+ mins and no one asked me if I wanted anything. It's ridiculous. I ended up leaving

Always great tacos
THE WORST DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE IN AMERICA. I have never once gone to the drive through and it be a quick, easy, and accurate experience.
This lated trip was another long wait, only to get the window and be told that due to a poor decision of having the oil changed, I was not going to be given the toasted cheddar chalupas. Was I offered anything as compensation? Did they offer to at bare minimum adjust the price difference? Not a chance. If you have the option or choice, avoid this store at all costs.
Slower Taco bell in Woodbridge + horrible service
They only had one cashier. That was working drive-through no one for the dining area. I waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get service. Y’all need to hire more people to get people like me out the way.
So this has to be 1 of the cleanest Taco bells I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The employees were incredibly polite, I was introduced to a delightful taste of their limited time Dirty Baja Blast. I will definitely eat hear again. Also the women's restroom was very clean and didn't even have an off putting smell like many others I have been to.
You can't find a better meal of fine delicious mouth-watering Mexican fare better than here anywhere in the entire area!

The food needs to improve both in terms of taste and the quantity of ingredients used. The taco shell was too fragile, and the meat lacked enough salt. Additionally, the employees there don’t provide good service. They seem more focused on avoiding customers than actually helping. The lady at the kiosk began making food for the customer who entered after me, which was frustrating. I was sitting quietly in the corner, using my phone, yet she ignored me. When my food was ready, she didn’t call my name. Instead, she just left my box on the table and walked away. This is unprofessional. Later, I discovered she hadn’t grilled my burrito, even though I had made the request through the system. Please train the employees to work professionally and with more care.

Nice place for a quick bite when you're on your way somewhere
I can’t get enough of Taco Bell especially their double stacked taco, their chicken quesadilla, and especially their Cantina chicken options. I always get the nacho cheese sauce because it’s an incredible dipping sauce. I tried getting storebrand, but it doesn’t compare to authentic Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce if you love Mexican food go to a Taco Bell near you. And use the app trust me with each Taco Bell order I use the app with I always earn enough points for a free fire tier reward (for a free item) after nearly every purchase. And for those of you who want to save money, try the Lux cravings boxes and don’t be afraid to ask for extra nacho cheese sauce cups it’s only $1.
