Other than occasionally being slow, I've never had a bad experience here. The food quality is consistent and above average for Taco Bell. The staff has always been friendly. The recent remodeling is nice as well.

Pretty solid taco bell. There is nothing special about this branch. I will say I sat in the parking lot across from this establishment for a while, waiting for a friend to leave Labcorp. They got people in and out! So if you're looking for quick service, this is the place.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food but the service amazing! The food hot and fresh at 1 in the morning!! I ordered thru the app and my food was perfect 👌🏾because I had certain modifications . Keep up the good work guys

I ordered two wraps , one with extra bean and one with less bean , and when I brought back home , both seems same and main thing is they didn’t mention also which one has more bean and less . What’s wrong with staff . I spend 40 dollars on food today

Went in with a baby, no high chairs, all the kiosks were down, no menu by the register so ordering was pretty difficult, no music playing so everyone could hear each other's conversations. Pretty unpleasant experience.

I was a walk-in. I ordered my food on the kiosk. I paid with a card. The cane out quickly. The food was on par with any other Taco Bell.

They always lost online order..or the lady on the drive thru don’t know anything about the online order. She said she don’t have the order right now!! I don’t know what does it mean but they always miss online orders!!
Addition review: i came back after some time and their fries are soggy and soft. I don’t know what is going on but all the Taco Bell special on the Woodbridge, VA side they give a shit about customers. They always sell old , soft , soggy food. Someone should call health department cause this it ridiculous. No offense but I think you have to be Hispanic blood to get fresh these days.

September 21st,2024 at 3:20 AM I went there to pick up an online order. The guy there ignored me, then he made a signal with his hands that the store was closed. The store is supposed to be open until 3:30 AM and they did accept the online order, the guy kept ignoring my presence, I knocked on the windows and he was crazy! Saying it is not his problem and he don't care, and "the system is down" yeah we all know that move! He was yelling and speaking impolitely, he was very rude and non professional. If you are so miserable and want to go home early you should not be there! Very bad experience there!
Drive thru…order was correct on their board…but got home and it was short one taco supreme. Of course no receipt in the bag. Check your bags before you pull away from the takeout window and get your receipt!!

Honestly it’s good place I had an emergency that made me come in to change my clothes and the person who worked the got fired because he let me in at 12:07am and like I said I had to use the restroom and it was an emergency and he got fired I feel like the people hire up are very disrespectful and disappointing. Like how dare you fire some who was only giving help that’s very messed up also they did it on the spot and sis even give him a 2 week noticed now he can’t even get a job quick worst Taco Bell ever and I was a former employee here I won’t ever recommend coming here ever again and they also banned him like whattttttttt

C'mon...it's Taco Bell. I do like a lot of their options vs. another damn hamburger. Mexican pizza and steak burrito Supreme are my go to.
This one has the best service in PWC, has never not had an item I wanted to order, and is easy for me to get in/out of with my work truck with ladder racks.
