They do not conduct thorough background checks on their employees and currently employ a Assistant Manager that is pictured in their website, Ashley, who was facing fraud charges that eventually downgraded to a lesser charge due to it being a first time expense.

Such a cozy place! We could spend hours there hanging by their fire place drinking the very delicious wine. My family did all their flights and a tasting. There was not a single wine that we didn’t love. They have a sweet black cat that hangs around like he’s one of the family. Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be going back! Beautiful outdoors!

Lived in new kent for years, never trued this place before today, always opting for new kent winery due to convenience of location, and I can tell you that has changed now. The wines here are a step above, the overall environment/ setting is soooo much better, and the staff are incredibly personable. We went for a tasting and left with 4 bottles.... for now

I've been coming here for more than 13 years. I've been able to watch my kids grow on their wrap around porch and have never had a bad experience or time. This winery remains a great place to escape to.

Our favorite winery in all of Virginia! Beautiful mountain scenery and excellent wines. Sweet Rebellion, Early Dawn, and the Malbec are our favorites. The Scottish Pig food trailer is often on site. I highly recommended the Brisket Nachos! Several sauces to choose from.

Fantastic winery! Beautiful place, lots of seating, good vibes, and great wine. We caught a live band on Saturday so that was a bonus. Also they allow outside food so we packed some sandwiches and had a picnic in the outdoor area. Would love to go again!
