We ordered 8 Jalapeño poppers and only received 6. I told the lady at the counter we only received 6, and she said okay. We never did get the other 2 bites. I mentioned this to the manager on the way out, and she said sorry and was going to give me the last 2 bites. I told her never mind and to trust to customers. We were regulars there. I don't plan to go back there again.

This small location in the Langley AFB BX food court has 1 big advantage over other Arby's...no drive thru, which is a very common source of frustration at those other locations. This one is great if you don't go during the lunch rush.

Arby's is one of the American classics. It was good to switch up a big and enjoy some of the Arby's food I remember from growing up.
This particular place doesn't serve ham or turkey sliders. Some folks don't care for a roast beef slider. The fries in the loaded cheese fries were not fresh and the chocolate Carmel cookie was hard instead of soft and chewy. Don't get me wrong I love Arby's, I guess this was an off day for them.

The lady taking our order was so patient and very good with my 3 young children. She went above and beyond and even remembered they wanted ketchup as they went on their toddler rants. The BEST experience ever at an Arby's just because of her. Thank you for going above and beyond. The food was good Arby's did so definitely better than the majority of other fast food restaurants.

Doordashed our food. The whole order was literally 4 sandwiches and 1 side Mac n cheese. One of the sandwiches was missing. I did get a refund from door dash but wanted to call the location just so they're aware that the order was wrong. Phone rang atleast 20 times with no answer. What happened to customer service?
I tried Arby’s on base for the first time and there was hair and dirt in my shake cup so I returned it and asked for another one only to find hair in my shake.
