Phoenix and Miss Deb they were absolute sweethearts, even though I was the one that messed up my order they still made me the sandwich that I asked for. I really wanna thank them. The food was delicious.
We ordered 8 Jalapeño poppers and only received 6. I told the lady at the counter we only received 6, and she said okay. We never did get the other 2 bites. I mentioned this to the manager on the way out, and she said sorry and was going to give me the last 2 bites. I told her never mind and to trust to customers. We were regulars there. I don't plan to go back there again.
This small location in the Langley AFB BX food court has 1 big advantage over other Arby's...no drive thru, which is a very common source of frustration at those other locations. This one is great if you don't go during the lunch rush.
