Have eaten here for years. Was usually ok but recently has gone down hill. Around 3 months ago I went in for a bite sometime around 1pm-2pm and they had one worker there. Understandably the guy had an attitude b/c he had to do everything by himself, but this also caused him to be inconsiderate of the customers. He would start one order, then start several others before it was finished. So the first guy in line stood there and waited as he started making sandwiches for the next 5 or 6 guys in line. Instead of completing one order at a time like normal his strategy was to try to do everyone in line at one time. So after waiting an extra 15 minutes for him to make sandwiches for all the guys behind me in line, he finally asked me what else I wanted on my sub I told him and he carelessly threw the ingredients together. As I checked out I asked if there were any cookies, he motioned toward the empty cookie display and gestured as if to say my question was stupid. However I know that many times there are extra cookies in the back, so his attempt at sarcasm wasn't even credible. Finally about 5 minutes later I ate my sub and it was terrible. I took a couple bites and threw out the rest. It just wasn't well made. It was cold and soggy (even though I had it toasted) and it kept falling apart the toppings weren't placed right. I decided then I wasn't going back to this Subway. It's the closest subway to me but I actually travel about 15 minutes out of my way to go to another subway off base that I know can make sandwiches. This wasn't the only time, I had previously felt the subs weren't made well on a few prior occasions but the bad customer service in addition to another bad sub was enough for me to be done with this location.

Internet Wars

Today I walked to Subway with my friends ,and I wanted a quick bite to eat ,and to my surprise this Korean or Asian lady at Subway started arguing with this middle age black lady over her own order . The black lady wanted her Sub without the cheese melted on the sandwich, and the Korean or Asian fixed her sub with the cheese melted on the sandwich anyway. Then she started cursing at the black customer for no reason. This Korean lady needs to be fired from her job for treating the customer in front of us like that .

The Chinese lady with the over grown head loves to get smart with you , so be careful not to order from her ,she look shady, and she loves to talk slick , Julia is the one that knows how to fix sandwiches ,and I think the young black man in there he is ok at fixing the sandwich ....but that Chinese lady need a sandwich thrown in her face ....just sad.

I will no longer eat here. I work on base so I often just want a quick bite to eat for lunch and sometime subway is the ticket. I ordered my sandwich as normal and the cashier was too in a rush to punch in the amount on the credit card machine that they GROSSLY overcharged me. $10.88 order was now $108.88.Not a big deal right? They can just refund it and then re-do it...well I guess this day the manager was not there and there was no one with the code to process a refund so I was instructed to keep my receipt and come back the next day.I returned the next day and the manager was already informed but told me the because the refund was not done the day of the order that the corporate office would have process the refund and to provide her with my information, which I did.Next day I checked on the status and they said the corporate office had been informed and the refund should be processed and I should see my refund 'soon'. It has almost 2 weeks now and still do not have my refund!

On Monday, Feb 11th, 2019, (I was TDY) I worked late due to a video teleconference and discussions afterward. I wanted to get a quick bite to eat so I stopped by the food court. I also wanted something somewhat healthy. I arrived at 1845, when Subway closes at 1900, and the employees had already cleared out the food cabinet.
