Wow!! 2 whopper combos with onion rings drinks and a slice of pie for $16 using walmart+ discount. This could have been a $30-$35 meal easily at a place like Applebee's. Burgers were HUGE and tasted excellent. The guy at the counter greeted me by name from mobile order, and was a total sweetheart. I wish I had snapped pic of the food but didnt.
All the food was great I had, had them the day before in Abingdon and was offered chocolate dip it for them đHowever that was not offered to me as an option but I didn't ask either but everybody was super nice and fast!

I donât usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Burger King was just too much. What appeared to be the manager, the female with blond hair and glasses, was incredibly rude to the staff. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. She snapped at the workers in front of customers and acted like she didnât want to be there.
That being said, some of the employees were really nice. A tall boy with long dark hair was super polite and made sure I got the right order. Another tall boy with blond hair and glasses was also really kindâhe even apologized for the wait, even though it wasnât his fault. And there was a shorter boy with curly hair who seemed really friendly and upbeat, which was refreshing given how tense the atmosphere was in the restaurant. Honestly, if it werenât for them, this wouldâve been a completely awful experience. They deserve better leadership.

The beautiful Ashley at the window this evening that had so much patience taking my family's big order. made sure we had everything we needed that our order was right. Very kind spoken I'm very in impressed with her manners. She deserves a promotion or a money raise. It's one in a million choices you come across some one that takes pride in there job and showing it how she treats her costumes â¤ď¸

Today 10/25/2024. Stopped in Our Lebanon, Va BK. My friend and I both placed a order that came with med drinks and fries. To our surprise. We were givin small drinks and small fries. I told the cashier that we had med fries n drinks with our order. She looked at our ticked and said. We'll you got small drinks, just fill them up a couple of times. I said what about our fries? We'll things are slow and we are out, & can't put down morw fries at the moment. Craziest crap I've ever heard. I mean, my family and I order there sometimes 2 n 3 times a week. But not any more. We heard the people in back. Including the manager laugh at us. So here's my post about BK in Lebanon, va. Don't stop. Just go to Hardee's or McDonald's. And least they have good customer service. Something this Burger King clearly does. Not. Last time eating there.
for the most part I lie to eat therehe fries was a little burnt. not real bad tho just a little brown. other than that I enjoyed my burger there.

This particular BK is always on point. Ate yhere today. I asked no sauce they added but offerred to fix it. I ate it anyhoe and the sauce was awesome. They are so great. Sat AM shift deserves a kudos!!! Happy Mabon. J

I went up there a few min ago I pull up and the lady tells me to give her a second which was fine so Iâm waiting and another car pulls up after me and she takes their order before mine and that was a big deal but when she did finally get my order she was so rude for no reason like it is not my fault you gotta work at Burger King at 30-40 years old Whoeverâs yâallâs manger is needs to do a better job at teach the people that work the window to be more respectful and learn how to talk to customers cause I didnât do anything to deserve someone to talk to me like that
